ՌԴ-ն, Իրանը եւ Թուրքիան համատեղ հռչակագիր են ընդունել՝ կոչ անելով ավելացնել օգնությունը Սիրիային

Ռուսաստանը, Իրանը եւ Թուրքիան կոչ են արել համաշխարհային հանրակցությանը, մասնավորապես ՄԱԿ-ին, ավելացնել Սիրիային ցուցաբերվող օգնությունը: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, ասված Է սիրիական կարգավորմանը նվիրված եռակողմ գագաթնաժողովի ամփոփիչ հռչակագրում, որը սեպտեմբերի 7-ին ընդունվել Է Թեհրանում Ռուսաստանի, Իրանի եւ Թուրքիայի նախագահների հանդիպման արդյունքներով:

«ՌԴ-ի, Իրանի եւ Թուրքիայի ղեկավարները կոչ են արել միջազգային հանրակցությանը, մասնավորապես ՄԱԿ-ին ու նրա հումանիտար ստորաբաժանումներին, ավելացնել իրենց օգնությունը՝ Սիրիային լրացուցիչ մարդասիրական օգնություն տրամադրելու, ականազերծման, ենթակառուցվածքի հիմնական օբյեկտների, ներառյալ սոցիալ-տնտեսական օբյեկտների վերականգնման հետ կապված հումանիտար գործունեությանն օժանդակելու ճանապարհով»,- ասված Է հռչակագրում:

Ռուսաստանը, Իրանը եւ Թուրքիան հայտարարում են իրենց հանձնառությունը Սիրիայի տարածքային ամբողջականությանը եւ ՄԱԿ-ի Կանոնադրության սկզբունքներին, ասված Է փաստաթղթում: Կողմերը «վճռական պատրաստակամություն են հայտնել դիմակայելու Սիրիայի ամբողջականության խախտմանն ուղղված անջատողականությանը»: Ամփոփիչ հռչակագրում ընդգծվում Է, որ սիրիական ճգանաժամի ռազմական լուծում գոյություն չունի, այն կարող Է լուծվել միայն խաղաղ ճանապարհով:

Պետությունների ղեկավարները նշել են «Սիրիայում իրենց բնակության սկզբնական վայրեր փախստականների ու ներքին վերաբնակների անվտանգ ու կամավոր վերադարձի համար պայմանների ստեղծման անհրաժեշտությունը»:

Նշվում Է, որ նախագահները «պայմանավորվել են քննարկել սիրիացի փախտականների եւ ներքին վերաբնակների խնդրին նվիրված միջազգային խորհրդաժողով գումարելու գաղափարը»: Ռուսաստանը, Իրանը եւ Թուրքիան կշարունակեն բոլոր ջանքերը ներդնել Սիրիայում քաղաքացիական անձանց պաշտպանելու եւ երկրի հումանիտար իրադրության բարելավման համար, ասված Է հռչակագրում: Կողմերը պայմանավորվել են, որ ՌԴ-ի, Իրանի եւ Թուրքիայի հաջորդ գագաթնաժողովը տեղի կունենա Ռուսաստանում, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
