ՀՀ ՊՆ վարչական համալիրում մեկնարկել է եռօրյա գիտական կոնֆերանս` նվիրված պաշտպանության նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանի ուղերձ-տեսլականին: Կոնֆերանսին մասնակցում են կառավարության անդամներ, ՀՀ ՊՆ և ՀՀ ԶՈՒ վարչությունների բարձրաստիճան ներկայացուցիչներ, անվանի գիտնականներ, քաղաքագետներ, զորային օղակի սպաներ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:

Կոնֆերանսի բացմանը պաշտպանության փոխնախարար Գաբրիել Բալայանը նշել է. «Տեսլականում ընդգրկված յոթ առաջնահերթությունները վերաբերում են կրթական ոլորտին, սպառազինությանը, անձնակազմի մարտունակությանը, հակառակորդի գործողությունների կանխարգելմանը և առհասարակ զինված ուժերի բարեփոխումների լայն սպեկտորին: Մեզ պետք են ճկուն գործողություններ, այլ ոչ թե զուտ խրամատային, ստատիկ պաշտպանություն»։

Կրթության և գիտության նախարար Արայիկ Հարությունյանն ընդգծել է, որ բանակը պետք է վերածվի ևս մեկ կրթական օղակի, և ժամկետային զինծառայողը ոչ միայն չպետք է կորցնի գիտելիքի այն պաշարը, որով գնում է բանակ, այլև պետք է այդ պաշարն ավելացրած վերադառնա բանակից:

ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի տեսլականների դրույթներից մեկը վերաբերում է զինծառայողների կրթության շարունակականության ապահովմանը զինվորական ծառայության ողջ ընթացքում: «Մեր վերջնական նպատակն է բանակում արհեստավարժության և բարոյականության նոր չափանիշների ձևավորումը` հմուտ, պատվախնդիր ու առաջնորդ սպայական կազմով և վարժված, կրթված, շարժառիթավորված ու մարտունակ զինվորներով, որի համար ձեռնարկելու ենք քայլեր Զինված ուժերի մասնագիտական ինքնությունը և վարկանիշը ամրապնդելու ուղղությամբ, ընդհուպ մինչև ազգային արժեքները խորհրդանշող նոր համազգեստի ներմուծումը: Կրթությունը անքակտելիորեն կապված է անձնակազմի կառավարման հետ»,- նշված է նախարարի տեսլականում:

Բանակաշինության հայեցակարգային հարցերի վերաբերյալ գիտական զեկույցներով հանդես են եկել պաշտպանական գերատեսչության ներկայացուցիչներ:

ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանի ուղերձ-տեսլականի քննարկմանը նվիրված գիտական կոնֆերանսը շարունակվելու է մինչև սեպտեմբերի 9-ը:
