«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Ի տարբերություն նախկինի, իշխանափոխությունից հետո ՀՀԿ–ն գրեթե ԳՄ նիստեր չի հրավիրում, էլ չենք խոսում խորհրդի նիստերի մասին: Բանն այն է, որ կուսակցության ղեկավար Սերժ Սարգսյանն ուղղակի խուսափում է մարդաշատությունից: Նա նախընտրում է առանձին հանդիպումներ ունենալ մի քանի «կարկառունների» հետ, իսկ մյուսների հետ կապը պահել վերոնշյալ մի քանիսի միջոցով: Արդյունքում խորհրդի անդամներից շատերը (առավել ևս՝ շարքային կուսակցականները) ուղղակի տարակուսանքի ու շփոթմունքի մեջ են, չգիտեն իրենց անելիքները: «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում նրանցից մեկն ասաց, թե ամբողջ բացասականը, որ եղել է անցած տարիներին, տարածվում է բոլոր ՀՀԿ–ականների վրա, անկախ նրանից՝ կապ ունեն այդ ամենի հետ, թե ոչ. արդյունքում դժվար է նույնիսկ «մարդամեջ» դուրս գալը: Իսկ կուսակցական ղեկավարությունը ոչինչ չի ասում հետագա անելիքների մասին: Ավելին, մեր զրուցակցի խոսքերով, աշնանը կայանալիք համագումարն էլ երևի թե չի կայանա: Ի դեպ, մեր զրուցակիցը տեղեկացրեց, որ հատկապես մարզերում մարդիկ մեծ քանակով դուրս են գալիս ՀՀԿ–ից, իսկ նրանք, որոնք չեն ուզում պահի թելադրանքով առաջնորդվել, ուղղակի անելանելի դրության մեջ են:
