Հանրաքվեի արդյունքում «ԱՅՈ»-ի գերակշռելու դեպքում, այն ուժերը, որոնք կողմնակից են սահմանադրական փոփոխության՝ ստանձնում են պատասխանատվություն: Եվ պարտավոր են շարունակել հետագա պայքարը՝ այն կյանքի կոչելու համար:
Հանրաքվեի արդյունքում «ՈՉ»-ի գերակշռելու դեպքում, այն ուժերը, որոնք կողմնակից չեն սահմանադրական փոփոխության՝ ի՞նչ պատասխանատվություն են ստանձնում:
Հետագայի համար ի՞նչ են ասելու ժողովրդին: Հերթապահ «ռեժիմը խուճապի մեջ է», «ինչ որ ամյակը՝ առանց ռեժիմի» ու տենց ոգով վերջին 7-8 տարվա խոսքերն ու վե՞րջ:
Կարծում եմ, որ նրանց մեծ մասը հոգու խորքում երանի է տալիս, որ «այո»-ն հաղթանակի, որ խոսելու նյութ լինի:
