Ազատամուտի համայնքապետի ու համայնքապետարանին ենթակա ՀՈԱԿ-ի տնօրենի կողմից պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները չարաշահելու դեպքերի առթիվ քրգործ է հարուցվել

ՀՀ Տավուշի մարզի Ազատամուտ համայնքի ղեկավարի կողմից համայնքի բյուջեն ոչ արդյունավետ ծախսելու և առերևույթ այլ չարաշահումներ կատարելու մասին համայնքի ավագանու անդամների բարձրացրած հարցերի կապակցությամբ ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարության վարչական վերահսկողության և համայնքային ծառայության հարցերի վարչության մասնագետների կողմից կատարված ուսումնասիրությունների արդյունքների մասին փաստաթղթերը, որոնք ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարի կողմից ուղարկվել էին ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազին, ուսումնասիրվելուց հետո ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքի 180-181-րդ հոդվածներով նախատեսված կարգով նյութեր նախապատրաստելու համար ուղարկվել են ՀՀ ոստիկանության Տավուշի մարզային վարչության Իջևանի բաժին:

Այս մասին Tert.am-ին հայտնեց ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնի պետ Արևիկ Խաչատրյանը:

Նա հայտնեց, որ այնուհետև հարուցվել է քրգործ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 308-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով:

«Քրեական գործ է հարուցվել նույն համայնքի ենթակայությամբ գործող Կոմունալ ծառայության տնօրենի կողմից, պաշտոնեական դիրքի օգտագործմամբ, 2016թ. օգոստոսի 2-ից մինչև 2017թ. փետրվարի 2-ը նույն համայնքի մի բնակչի նույն ծառայությունում որպես հրշեջ-բանվոր աշխատանքի ընդունելու, սակայն վերջինիս աշխատանքի չներկայանալու պայմաններում ամեն ամիս ծառայության տնօրենի կողմից աշխատավարձ դուրս գրելու և այն ստանալու միջոցով պետությանն էական վնաս պատճառելու դեպքի առթիվ»,- ասաց Խաչատրյանը՝ հավելելով, որ քրեական գործը ենթակայության կարգով ևս ուղարկվել է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչություն, և սկսվել է նախաքննություն:

Դատախազությունից հայտնեցին, որ նկատի ունենալով, որ երկու քրեական գործերը հարուցվել են Տավուշի մարզի Ազատամուտ համայնքի ղեկավարի և համայնքապետարանին ենթակա ՀՈԱԿ-ի տնօրենի կողմից պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները չարաշահելու դեպքերի  առթիվ, քրեական գործերը միացվել են մեկ վարույթում:
