«Սանիթեքը» ասելիք չունի՞, թե՞ անելիք, «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Այն, ինչ կատարվում է մայրաքաղաքում արդեն երկու ամսից ավելի, դժվար է որակել քաղաքակիրթ բառապաշարով: Աղբի հսկայական կուտակումներ, գարշահոտություն, իսկ աղբահանության համար պատասխանատու կազմակերպությունը՝ «Սանիթեքը», ուղղակի անգործության է մատնված: Դեռ մեկ ամիս առաջ անդրադառնալով այս խնդրին՝ զրուցել էինք կառույցի պատասխանատուներից մեկի հետ, ով ասել էր, թե տեխնիկական խնդիր ունեն, այն է՝ մեքենաների մեծ մասը փչացել է, իսկ խնդիրը կկարգավորվի մի քանի օրից, երբ նոր մեքենաներ կունենան: Ոչ միայն մի քանի օրից, այլև մեկ ամսից էլ չի կարգավորվում խնդիրը: Ավելին, մեր զրուցակիցն ասել էր, թե անլուրջ է իրավիճակը որպես սաբոտաժ որակելը: Որպեզի հասկանանք, թե իրականում ինչ է կատարվում, ինչպես հանկարծ շարքից դուրս եկան բոլոր մեքենաները ու երբ «Սանիթեքը» «շարք կվերադառնա», գրավոր հարցում ենք ուղարկել նրանց: Օրենքով նախատեսված ժամկետում պատասխան չենք ստացել: Չունե՞ն ասելիք, թե՞ արդեն առաջնորդվում են «թքած ունենալու» սկզբունքով, դժվար է ասել: 

Իսկ հարցերը հետևյալն էին. ի՞նչ ժամկետներում կկարգավորվի առկա խայտառակ վիճակը, ի՞նչ փուլում է նոր մեքենաներ ունենալու գործընթացը, արդյոք «Սանիթեքի» նման գործելաոճը կապված չէ իշխանափոխության հետ: Եվս մեկ հարց վերաբերում էր բարձրահարկ շենքերի աղբատար խողովակների փակման հետ:
