Նիդերլանդներից արտաքսվող հայ երեխաները կստանան ՀՀ միգրացիոն ծառայության աջակցությունը ինտեգրման բոլոր հնարավոր ծրագրերով

Հայաստանի տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարության միգրացիոն պետական ծառայությունը տեղյակ է առաջիկայում Նիդերլանդների կողմից հայազգի երկու երեխաների՝ 13-ամյա Հովիկին և 12-ամյա Լիլիին արտաքսելու մասին: Երեխաների մայրը՝ Արմինե Համբարձումյանն ավելի վաղ Նիդերլանդների միգրացիոն ծառայության որոշմամբ արտաքսվել է Հայաստան: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում ՀՀ միգրացիոն պետական ծառայության հանրային կապերի պատասխանատու Նելլի Դավթյանը տեղեկացրեց, որ Հայաստանի միգրացիոն պետական ծառայությունը տեղեկացվել է, որ երեխաներն առաջիկայում արտաքսվելու են Հայաստան:

Նա ընդգծեց, որ Հայաստանի միգրացիոն ծառայությունը ինտեգրման բոլոր հնարավոր ծրագրերով աջակցություն կցուցաբերի երեխաներին, եթե նրանց մայրը չստանձնի խնամակալությունը: Նելլի Դավթյանն ընդգծեց, որ իրենք այդ երեխաների մոր հետ բացարձակ ոչ մի կապ չունեն, նույնիսկ տեղյակ չեն՝ նա գնալու է օդանավական երեխաներին դիմավորելու, թե ոչ: «Եթե նրանց մայրը չստանձնի երեխաների խնամակալությունը,   մենք ինտեգրման բոլոր հնարավոր ծրագրերով երեխաներին շահառու կդարձնենք՝ միջազգային կազմակերպությունների հետ համագործակցությամբ: Շատ կազմակերպություններ կան, որոնց ծրագրերով մենք երեխաներին կաջակցենք, բայց եթե մայրը ստանձնի խնամակալությունը, մենք անելիք չունենք: Եթե իրենք դիմեն ինչ-որ ինտեգրման ծրագրի համար, խնդիր չկա, մենք կաջակցենք, եթե նույնիսկ իրենք չդիմեն, իսկ մայրը չի լինի, մենք ինքներս նախաձեռնող կլինենք, իսկ եթե մայրը խնամակալությունը ստանձնեց, մենք միջամտելու իրավունք չունենք»,- պարզաբանեց Դավթյանը:

13-ամյա Հովիկն ու 13-ամյա Լիլին մոր՝ Արմինե Համբարձումյանի հետ Նիդերլանդներ են տեղափոխվել 2008թ. Ռուսաստանից: Նրանք Նիդերլանդներից ապաստան են խնդրել, որի պատասխանը ստացել են 9 տարի անց միայն՝ 2017թ.: Պատասխանը բացասական է եղել և նրանց Հայաստան արտաքսելու մասին որոշում է կայացվել: Արմինե Համբարձումյանն արտաքսվել է, սակայն երեխաները մնացել էին Նիդերլանդներում, քանի որ իշխանությունները նրանց գտնվելու վայրի մասին տեղեկություններ չեն ունեցել, իսկ մայրը թաքցրել է երեխաների գտնվելու վայրը: 2018թ. սեպտեմբերի 3-ին երեխաները դուրս են եկել թաքստոցից: Հովիկը և Լիլին երբեք Հայաստանում չեն ապրել, նրանք ծնվել են Ռուսաստանում, իսկ վերջին 10 տարիներն անցկացրել են Նիդերլանդներում: Նրանց մայրը ծնվել է Ադրբեջանում, ապրել Ռուսաստանում, սակայն ունի Հայաստանի քաղաքացիություն:

Խնդրին օրերս անդրադարձել է նաև Նիդերլանդների արքայադուստր Լաուրենտինը: Նա երկրի կառավարությանը կոչ է արել թույլ տալ երեխաներին մնալ: «Չեմ կարող և չեմ ցանկանում իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ դատողություններ անել, բայց ես անկեղծ ցավում եմ նրա համար, ինչ կատարվում է այդ երեխաների հետ»,- ասել է նա՝ հավելելով, որ երեխաները կայունության կարիք ունեն:

Նիդերլանդների կառավարությունն իր հերթին հայտարարել է, որ երեխաները պետք է վերամիավորվեն իրենց մոր հետ: Հոլանդական dutchnews.nl կայքը գրում է, որ տեղեկություններ կան, թե Արմինե Համբարձումյանը չի կարող երեխաների մասին հոգ տանել:
