ՔԿԾ պետը ներկայացրել է «Սևան» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի նորանշանակ պետին

Սեպտեմբերի 4-ին ՀՀ ԱՆ քրեակատարողական ծառայության պետ, արդարադատության գնդապետ Արտյոմ Մխոյանը «Սևան» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի աշխատակազմին ներկայացրեց հիմնարկի նորանշանակ պետ, արդարադատության գնդապետ Լեոնիդ Մկրտչյանին:

Ներկա էին ծառայության պետի տեղակալ, արդարադատության գնդապետ Վարդգես Ծաղիկյանը, ծառայության պետի խորհրդական Արամ Սարգսյանը, հիմնարկի նախկին պետ, արդարադատության գնդապետ Արամ Խաչատրյանը, նորանշանակ պետ Լեոնիդ Մկրտչյանը և հիմնարկի ղեկավար անձնակազմը:

Ծառայության պետը շնորհակալություն հայտնեց նախկին պետ, արդարադատության գնդապետ Արամ Խաչատրյանին երկարամյա ծառայության համար, մաղթեց հետագա հաջողություններ:

Այնուհետև շնորհավորելով Լ. Մկրտչյանին՝ ցանկացավ բեղմնավոր և արդյունավետ աշխատանք: Միաժամանակ նորանշանակ պետի և «Սևան» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի ողջ անձնակազմի առջև դրեց ժամանակի պահանջներով պայմանավորված հետևյալ խնդիրները՝ բացառել կոռուպցիոն դրսևորումները հիմնարկի գործունեության ցանկացած ոլորտում, ծավալել բացատրական աշխատանք անձնակազմի, դատապարտյալների, նրանց հարազատների շրջանում՝ պարզաբանելով, որ կոռուպցիոն դրսևորում է ոչ միայն կաշառք վերցնելը, այլև տալը, դարձնել դավանանք օրինականության դաշտում աշխատելը, թույլ չտալ անօրինական կապի որևէ դրսևորում ծառայողների և դատապարտյալների միջև՝ ապահովելով ծառայողների կողմից հավասար մոտեցում բոլոր դատապարտյալների նկատմամբ, անզիջում պայքարել հանցավոր աշխարհի հիերարխիայի դեմ և բացառել արգելված իրերի ներթափանցումը քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ:

 
 



«Քրեակատարողական ծառայությունը պատրաստ է ցանկացած հարցում աջակցել հիմնարկին, բայց նաև զգուշացնում եմ, որ օրինականության պահպանման հարցերի նկատմամբ քրեակատարողական ծառայության հսկողությունը հասցվելու է առավելագույնի»,-շեշտեց ծառայության պետը և ներկաներին կոչ արեց համախմբվել ու միավորել ուժերը հիմնարկի առջև դրված խնդիրներն ու նպատակներն իրականացնելու գործում:

Ծառայության պետին և վարչակազմին իր շնորհակալությունը հայտնեց «Սևան» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի նախկին պետը, իսկ նորանշանակ պետ Լ. Մկրտչյանը շնորհակալություն հայտնեց ցուցաբերած վստահության համար և հավաստիացրեց, որ ջանք ու եռանդ չեն խնայի առաջադրված պահանջներն ի կատար ածելու համար:

Այնուհետև ծառայության պետ Ա. Մխոյանը շրջայց կատարեց հիմնարկի երկարատև և կարճատև տեսակցությունների սենյակներում, «Աջակցություն դատապարտյալին» հիմնադրամի ենթակայությամբ գործող խանութում, հանձնուքներ ընդունելու համար նախատեսված մասնաշենքում, որտեղ զրուցեց հանձնուքներ բերած քաղաքացիների հետ, հետաքրքրվեց նրանց հուզող խնդիրներով, պարզաբանեց ներկա իրավիճակում այն պահանջները, որոնք դրված են քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի դատապարտյալների և նրանց հարազատների առջև:

Վերհանված թերությունների վերացման առնչությամբ ծառայության պետը տվեց կոնկրետ հանձնարարականներ:
