«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Երեկ ԱԱԾ տնօրեն Արթուր Վանեցյանը նշել է, որ ի սկզբանե դեմ է եղել ԱԱԾ–ի հրապարակային գործունեությանը և որ առաջիկայում լրագրողները պետք է սովորեն իրեն չտեսնելուն ու հարցազրույցներ չտալուն: Ինչպես ասում են ժողովրդական լեզվում՝ կարո՞ղ ենք բան ասել՝ չենք կարող: Ընդհանրապես, ԱԱԾ–ն իր գործառույթներով փակ համակարգ է, որի չափից ավելի հրապարակայնությունը հաճախ կարող է հակասությունների մեջ մտնել իրավունքի ու արդարադատության հետ մի շարք տեսանկյուններից՝ նախաքննական գաղտնիք, անմեղության կանխավարկած և այլն: Վերջին շրջանում, սակայն, ԱԱԾ հրապարակումները ամենասպասվածն էին հասարակության համար: Մյուս կողմից, ԱԱԾ–ի հրապարակայնությունը տեղիք էր տալիս քննադատության, որ «մասկի շոու» է հրամցվում հանրությանը: Ինչպես նկատում ենք ԱԱԾ տնօրենի խոսքից, այս իրավիճակը նրան էլ դուր չի եկել, սակայն դրանից երևույթի բովանդակությունը չի փոխվում: Այս տեսանկյունից առնվազն գնահատելի է, որ վերջապես ԱԱԾ–ն վերադառնում է իր գործառույթների բնականոն հուն: Այո, ԱԱԾ–ի գործունեությունը չպետք է լինի չափից ավելի հրապարակային, որովհետև վերը թվարկված պատճառներից զատ, ԱԱԾ հրապարակումները, տեսանյութերը շահարկվում և օգտագործվում էին տարբեր շրջանակների կողմից հանրային տրամադրություններ ստեղծելու, քաղաքական քարոզչության նպատակով: Հանրությունն էլ (ի դեպ՝ բոլոր հանրությունները) առանձնահատուկ վերաբերմունք ունի գաղտնիքների, խորհրդավորության շղարշով պատված և սենսացիոն լուրերի նկատմամբ: Արդյունքում ստացվում էր այնպես, որ ԱԱԾ այս կամ այն հրապարակումից հետո հասարակության մի ստվար հատվածը վերածվում էր ԱԱԾ «աշխատակիցների ու տեսաբանների», տարածում տարատեսակ բամբասանքներ, կոնսպիրացիաներ, հրապարակում անձնական «բացահայտումներ» և այդ ամենի արդյունքում անգամ դատավճիռներ կայացնում: Մյուս կողմից, իհարկե, ԱԱԾ–ն չպետք է լինի խորհրդային ՊԱԿ–ի կրկնօրինակը և դառնա վախ տարածող, հանրության թշնամի մարմին, այլ կերպ ասած՝ ամեն ինչ չափի մեջ: Ինչ վերաբերում է ԱԱԾ պետի հարցազրույցներ տալուն կամ չտալուն, ապա նա ոչ միայն կարող է, այլև պետք է չափազանց հրապարակային լինի Հայաստանի ֆուտբոլի ֆեդերացիայի նախագահի պաշտոնում: Այս դեպքում արդեն որևէ մեկը Արթուր Վանեցյանին կամ ՀՖՖ– ին չի կարող մեղադրել կամ քննադատել չափից ավելի հրապարակայնության համար:
