ՀՀ արտգործնախարարը ԵԱՀԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարի հետ քննարկել է ԼՂ խնդրի կարգավորման շուրջ զարգացումները

 ՀՀ արտգործնախարար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը սեպտեմբերի 4-ին ընդունեց Եվրոպայում անվտանգության և համագործակցության կազմակերպության Գլխավոր քարտուղար Թոմաս Գրեմինգերին: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության լրատվության և հանրային դիվանագիտության վարչությունից:

Ողջունելով հյուրին՝ Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը նշեց, որ Հայաստանն արժևորում է ԵԱՀԿ-ն՝ որպես տարածաշրջանային կարևոր հարթակ, և վերջինիս հետ տարբեր բնագավառներում համագործակցությունը նշանակալի տեղ է զբաղեցնում երկրի արտաքին քաղաքական օրակարգում։ ԱԳՆ ղեկավարն ընդգծեց հայկական կողմի պատրաստակամությունը շարունակելու ԵԱՀԿ հետ ակտիվ փոխգործակցությունը «Հայաստանի հետ համագործակցության ծրագրի» շրջանակներում:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում կողմերը մտքեր փոխանակեցին ԵԱՀԿ քարտուղարության և Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչության միջև համագործակցության ծրագրերի շուրջ:

Ներկայացնելով Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցած վերջին ներքաղաքական զարգացումները՝ ԱԳ նախարար Մնացականյանը նշեց, որ նոր կառավարության ծրագրի առաջնահերթությունն է ժողովրդի կողմից տրված մանդատի հիման վրա շարունակել երկրում բարեփոխումների գործընթացը՝ ուղղված օրենքի գերակայության, արդարադատության, տնտեսական և սոցիալական ոլորտում հավասար հնարավորությունների ապահովմանը, կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարին։

Նախարար Մնացականյանը հատուկ անդրադարձ կատարեց կառավարության առաջնահերթություններից համարվող զարգացման օրակարգին, որի հիմնական հենասյուներից է նորարարությունը, այդ թվում՝ ստեղծագործ կրթության, արդյունաբերության, գյուղատնտեսության և այլ ոլորտներում։

Արտահերթ ընտրությունների անցկացման ուղղությամբ իրականացվող աշխատանքների համատեքստում Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը կարևորեց միջազգային գործընկերների հետ ակտիվ և արդյունավետ համագործակցությունն ընտրական գործընթացը պատշաճ կազմակերպելու նպատակով։

Արտգործնախարար Մնացականյանը և ԵԱՀԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Գրեմինգերը քննարկեցին ղարաբաղյան հիմնախնդրի կարգավորման գործընթացի շուրջ վերջին զարգացումները։ Երկուստեք ընդգծվեց հիմնախնդրի բացառապես խաղաղ կարգավորման կարևորությունը միջազգային հանրության մանդատ ունեցող միակ ձևաչափի՝ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության շրջանակներում։ Այս համատեքստում Հայաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարը շեշտեց, որ հայկական կողմի համար բանակցային գործընթացում առաջնայնություններն են Արցախի կարգավիճակը և անվտանգությունը, իսկ գործընթացի առաջմղման համար կարևոր է խաղաղությանը նպաստող մթնոլորտի ձևավորումը։ Այդ ուղղությամբ ԱԳ ղեկավարն առաջնային որակեց նախկին պայմանավորվածությունների անշեղ կատարումը, հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտումների և ռազմատենչ հռետորաբանության դադարեցումը։
