Վերջին օրերին առաջնագծում կտրուկ փոփոխություններ չեն եղել։ Այդ մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահի խորհրդական Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը՝ անդրադառնալով շրջանառվող տեղեկություններին, որ Ալիեւ-Պուտին հանդիպման օրերին իրավիճակն առաջնագծում կտրուկ փոխվել է, Ադրբեջանն ակտիվություն է դրսեւորել։

Նրա խոսքով՝  ադրբեջանական կողմը օգոստոսի վերջին փոքր մասշտաբի մարտավարական պարապունքներ, զորավարժություններ է անցացրել, բայց դրանք իրավիճակային կտրուկ փոփոխությունների չեն բերել. «Այս պահին առաջնագծում Առանձնահատուկ զարգացումներ չկան»:

Անդրադառնալով ռուսական լրատվամիջոցների  հրապարակումներին, որ վերջին 25 տարում Ադրբեջանը Ռուսաստանից 5 մլրդ դոլարի զենք-զինամթերք է գնել, Աբրահամյանը նշեց, որ Ադրբեջանի՝ ռազմական գործողություններին նախապատրաստվելու վերաբերյալ հայտարարությունների ֆոնին, դժվար է այս տեղեկատվությունը հենց այնպես շրջանցել:

Ընդ որում, ըստ Աբրահամյանի, ռուսական լրատվամիջոցներով եկող այս լրատվական հոսքին զուգահեռ, ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցները հայտնում են նաև Թուրքիայի, Բելառուսի, Իսրայելի հետ ռազմա-տեխնիկական համագործակցության խորացման, դրանց հեռանկարների ու առաջիկայում սպասվող նոր ձեռքբերումների մասին:

«2 օր առաջ, սեպտեմբերի մեկին, Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարարն իր ընդլայնված խորհրդակցության ժամանակ ուղիղ տեքստով հայտարարեց, որ բանակը պատրաստվում է «օկուպացված շրջանների ազատագրմանը»: Մյուս կողմից, Ադրբեջանը լուռ հրաժարվել է բանակցություններից և իր բոլոր ռեսուրսները ներդրել պատերազմական գործողությունների նախապատրաստմանը. սպառազինության համալրումից՝ քաղաքական, քարոզչական աշխատանքներ: Տարածաշրջանին վտանգավոր ուղերձներ են ուղղվում, այս իրավիճակում միջնորդ երկրների ջանքերը իրավիճակի անկայունացում թույլ չտալու մասով պետք է կրկնապատկվեն: Սրանք գործընթացներ են, որոնք միգուցե հենց այսօր կամ վաղը ուղիղ վտանգներ չեն փոխանցում, սակայն միջնաժամկետ և երկարաժամկետ կտրվածքով վտանգավոր զարգացումներ են ուրվագծվում: Ադրբեջանը կարծես թե դասեր չի քաղել ապրիլյան մարտական գործողություններից»,– նշեց Աբրահամյանը:
