ՀՀ-ում պետպատվերով տրամադրվող հոգեմետ դեղերի որակը կասկածի տեղիք չի տալիս. ԱՆ պարզաբանումը

Հայաստանում հոգեկան խնդիրներ ունեցող անձանց պետության կողմից տրամադրվող բոլոր հոգեմետ դեղերը տեղական արտադրության են, ոչ թե ներկրված որեւէ դեղագործական ընկերության կողմից: Մեր երկրում գրանցված բոլոր դեղերը համապատասխանում են օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված չափանիշերին` արդյունավետ են, անվտանգ եւ որակյալ: Այս մասին ասացին առողջապահության նախարարության լրատվական բաժնից՝ պատասխանելով հարցին, թե արդյոք իրականում հայաստանյան հոգեբուժական հաստատություններում բուժում ստացող անձանց տրամադրվող դեղերի հետ կապված մտահոգիչ խնդիրներ կան, ինչի մասին որոշ կարծիքներ են հնչում:
Առողջապահության նախարարության պատասխանում ասվում է. «Ի պատասխան դիտարկումների, թե հոգեկան խնդիրներ ունեցողներին 1 տարի առաջ անվճար տրամադրվող «Զիպրեքսա» դեղամիջոցն առավել արդյունավետ էր, քան ներկայումս դրա փոխարեն տրամադրվող տեղական արտադրության «Օլանզապինը», ԱՆ-ն հայտարարում է` օլանզապին ազդող նյութ պարունակող բոլոր դեղերը համարժեք են: «Զիպրեքսան» օլանզապին նյութը պարունակող օրիգինալ դեղն է: Մյուսները, որոնք պարունակում են նույն ազդող նյութը, ջեներիկ դեղեր են եւ գրանցված են ՀՀ-ում: Շեշտենք նաեւ` մեր երկրում գրանցված բոլոր դեղերը համապատասխանում են օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված չափանիշերին` արդյունավետ են, անվտանգ եւ որակյալ: ՀՀ կառավարության «Անվճար կամ արտոնյալ պայմաններով դեղեր ձեռք բերելու իրավունք ունեցող բնակչության սոցիալական խմբերի և հիվանդությունների ցանկերը հաստատելու մասին» 23.11.2006թ. N 1717-Ն որոշման համաձայն` հոգեկան հիվանդությունների առկայության դեպքում դեղերը հիվանդներին տրվում են անվճար` համապատասխան բժշկական հաստատությունների միջոցով: Ներկայում հոգեկան խնդիրներ ունեցող անձանց պետության կողմից տրամադրվող բոլոր հոգեմետ դեղերը տեղական արտադրության են, ոչ թե ներկրված որեւէ դեղագործական ընկերության կողմից: Միաժամանակ շեշտենք նաեւ, որ հանրային առողջությանն առնչվող հարցերն առանց մասնագիտական հիմնավորումների ներկայացնելն ու անհարկի շահարկելն անթույլատրելի է»:
