POLITICSՀայաստանի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Արա Բաբլոյանը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Արցախի անկախության օրվա առթիվ: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի լրատվության և հանրության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, ուղերձում, մասնավորապես, ասված է.
«Սիրելի հայրենակիցներ,շնորհավորում եմ բոլորիս Արցախի Հանրապետության անկախության հռչակման 27-րդ տարեդարձի առթիվ և խոնարհվում բոլոր նրանց պայծառ հիշատակի առջև, ովքեր ընկան հայոց երկրորդ պետության անկախությունը պաշտպանելու ճանապարհին:
Արցախի ժողովուրդն իր անբեկանելի որոշումը կայացրեց ռազմական ու քաղաքական դժվարին և անորոշ մի ժամանակաշրջանում, երբ թերևս միակ որոշակի ու հստակ իրողությունը հայրենի հողին սպառնացող վտանգի ահագնացումն էր: Պատմությունն ապացուցեց, որ անկախության հռչակումն էր արցախահայության` իր պատմական հայրենիքում ապրելու իրավունքի պաշտպանության միակ ուղին: Իսկ արցախահայությունն ապացուցեց, որ կարող է հաղթել, բուժել պատերազմի վերքերը, արարել ու շենացնել իր լեռնաշխարհը: Եվ ավելին, հաստատակամորեն հաղթահարելով բոլոր դժվարությունները՝ կառուցել ժողովրդավարական հասարակարգ, որը պետության ու հասարակության զարգացման կարևորագույն գրավականն է:
Սեպտեմբերի 2-ը համայն հայության տոնն է, որը մենք նվաճել ենք համազգային պայքարի արդյունքում, և Հայաստանը շարունակելու է ըստ ամենայնի աջակցել Արցախի Հանրապետության անկախության հետագա ամրապնդմանը:
Հայաստանի Հանրապետության խորհրդարանի և իմ անունից կրկին շնորհավորում եմ Արցախի ողջ ժողովրդին այս նվիրական տոնի առթիվ: Շնորհավորանքի ու գնահատանքի խոսք եմ ուղղում նաև բոլոր նրանց, ովքեր իրենց ավանդն են ունեցել Արցախի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության ու զարգացման գործում:
