Հայաստանի  Հանրապետության վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Արցախի անկախության տոնի առթիվ: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ վարչապետի աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, ուղերձում, մասնավորապես, ասված է: 

«Սիրելի՛  հայրենակիցներ, շնորհավորում եմ ձեզ Արցախի անկախության տոնի առթիվ։ Արցախի ժողովուրդն իր ընտրությունը կատարեց պատմական շատ բարդ իրավիճակում` հռչակելով անկախություն։

Անցած 27 տարիների ընթացքում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ժողովուրդն անցավ պատերազմների, ավերների, մարդկային կորուստների և բազում այլ ծանր փորձությունների միջով։ Բայց, այդ ամենով հանդերձ, Արցախի Հանրապետությունը կայացավ։ Արցախի Հանրապետության անցած 27 տարիները ոչ միայն հերոսական պայքարի, այլև մեծ հաջողությունների և ձեռքբերումների պատմություն են։

Հայաստանի և սփյուռքի հետ ուս-ուսի՝ Արցախն այսօր շարունակում է ապրել ու զարգանալ։ Թավշյա հեղափոխության հաղթանակը Հայաստանում ևս մի վկայություն է հայոց ազատասեր ոգու և անկոտրում կամքի։ Հայաստանը, Արցախն ու սփյուռքը այսօր ավելի ուժեղ են, որովհետև ավելի միասնական են և ավելի ազատ։

Մարդու ազատությունը, ժողովրդավարությունն ու ազգի ազատությունը մեզ համար անբաժանելի և անբեկանելի արժեքներ են։ Արցախի Հանրապետության և Արցախի հասարակության բազմակողմանի զարգացումը ողջ հայության կարևորագույն նպատակներից է եղել և այսուհետ ևս լինելու է։

Արցախի անվտանգությունը մեր ամենօրյա ուշադրության կենտրոնում է։ Արցախի ճակատագիրը համայն հայության գուրգուրանքի առարկան է։ Այդպես է լինելու այնքան ժամանակ, քանի դեռ չենք հանգել խնդրի խաղաղ և արդարացի լուծման։

Սիրելի՛ արցախցիներ,

Կրկին շնորհավորում եմ բոլորիս այս գեղեցիկ տոնի կապակցությամբ։

Գլուխ եմ խոնարհում Արցախի ազատության համար զոհվածների հիշատակի առջև։

Մաղթում եմ խաղաղ երկինք, արդար վաստակ և ամենայն բարիք։
