«Տետրիս»-ը նվազեցնում է սննդի, ալկոհոլի և թմրանյութերի նկատմամբ հակումը. գիտնականներ

«Տետրիս» հայտնի համակարգչային խաղով տարված մարդը ավելի քիչ է հակված չափից շատ ուտելու, ալկոհոլի չարաշահման և թմրանյութերից կախվածության: Այս մասին հայտնում է բելգիական Libre Belgique թերթը:
«Չկա ոչինչ ավելի գոհացնող, քան տեսնելը, թե ինչպես են աղյուսներն ընկնում իրենց տեղը, և ինչպես են վերանում դրանց շարքերը: Այդ հայտնի խաղն այնքան է հոգեբանորեն գոհացնում ու գրավում, որ ըստ գիտնականների՝ օրական մի քանի անգամ 3-ական րոպե այդ խաղով զբաղվելով՝ մարդը 20%-ով նվազեցնում է իր հակումը թմրանյութերի, ինչպես նաև սննդի և ավելորդ ալկոհոլի նկատմամբ»,- նշում է պարբերականը:
Հաղորդվում է, որ հետազոտությանը մասնակցել են 18-27տարեկան ուսանողներ, որոնք կախվածություն ունեն ինչ-որ բանից կամ ուժեղ հակում որևէ բանի նկատմամբ: Օրվա ընթացքում նրանց մի քանի անգամ «Տետրիս» են տվել խաղալու և խնդրել են 100-բալանոց սանդղակով գնահատել իրենց ցանկությունները խաղի ընթացքում, դրանից առաջ և հետո:
«Ուսանողների մեծ մասը՝ մոտ 70%-ը, ասում է, որ «Տետրիս» խաղալիս չեն կարողանում ցանկացած այլ բան պատկերացնել: Նրանց խոսքով՝ խաղով տարվածությունն իրենց հնարավորություն է տալիս «լռեցնել» իրենց ցանկությունները կամ նույնիսկ ընդհանրապես մոռանալ դրանց մասին»,- նշում է պարբերականը:
Ըստ գիտնականների՝ «Տետրիսը» կարող է շեղել ուշադրությունը տարբեր կախվածություններից, քանի որ խաղացող մարդու ուղեղը սկսում է այլ կերպ աշխատել, երևակայությունը շատ ավելի է ներգրավվում:
