ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի խոսնակ Արման Եղոյանը «Ֆեյսբուք»-ի իր էջում անդրադարձել է Շանթ Հարությունյանի գործին: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, նա նշել է, որ Շանթ Հարությունյանը կարող է ազատ արձակվել ցանկացած պահի, երբ համաձայնի ստորագրել պահման ռեժիմը փոխելու համար անհրաժեշտ փաստաթղթերը: Ներկայացնում ենք Արման Եղոյանի գրառումն ամբողջությամբ.

«Շանթ Հարությունյանի՝ բանտում գտնվելու հետ կապված հարկ եմ համարում ընդգծել.

  1. Վարչապետ ընտրվելու հենց առաջին օրերից Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը զբաղվել է այդ հարցով և պարզել, որ Շանթ Հարությունյանի և խմբի ազատ արձակելու հարցում կառավարության ունեցած միակ օրինական լծակը կալանքի ռեժիմը փոխելն է:
  2. Կայացվել է որոշում Շանթ Հարությունյանի, նրա գործով դատապարտված Վարդան Վարդանյանի և Լիպարիտ Պետրոսյանի պահման պայմանները փոխել կիսաբացից բաց ռեժիմի, այնպես, որ նրանք փաստացի լինեն ազատության մեջ, ինչից օգտվել են Վարդան Վարդանյանը և Լիպարիտ Պետրոսյանը:
  3. Շանթ Հարությունյանը հրաժարվել է նման որոշմամբ դուրս գալ բանտից՝ պահանջելով իրեն արդարացնել:
  4. Վարչապետը դրանից հետո խնդրել է Շանթ Հարությունյանին հրավիրել «Վարդաշեն» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի պետի աշխատասենյակ եւ հեռախոսազրույց է ունեցել նրա հետ, պարզաբանելով, որ ինքն իրեն չի կարող թույլ տալ դատարաններին հրահանգ արձակել, որովհետև դա կլինի նախորդ իշխանության գործելակերպի շարունակություն, եւ Շանթ Հարությունյանին խնդրել է ստորագրել փաստաթղթերը և դուրս գալ բանտից, և ազատության պայմաններում պայքարել իր արդարացման համար:
  5. Վարչապետը նաև ընդունել է Շանթ Հարությունյանի որդուն՝ Շահեն Հարությունյանին եւ պարզաբանել, որ նաև ինքը՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը մինչև օրս համարվում է դատապարտված (հանցավոր արարք թույլ տված) 2008 թվականի մարտի 1-ի գործով, շարունակում է պայքարել իր արդարացման համար, բայց նաև համոզված է, որ այս գործընթացը պետք է տեղի ունենա ոչ թե քաղաքական հրահանգներով, այլ օրինականության խստիվ պահպանմամբ:
  6. Շանթ Հարությունյանը կարող է ազատ արձակվել ցանկացած պահի, երբ համաձայնի ստորագրել պահման ռեժիմը փոխելու համար անհրաժեշտ փաստաթղթերը»:
