Ցանկացած հեղափոխություն չի կարող իր հետևից չբերել խնդիրներ: Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց «Նորավանք» հիմնադրամի Քաղաքական հետազոտությունների կենտրոնի ղեկավար, ավագ փորձագետ Կարեն Վերանյանը:

«Նոր թիմ է եկել, նոր կառավարություն է ձևավորվել, որը պետք է աշխատի նոր գործելաոճով, պետք է համակարգի նոր մոտեցմամբ, պետք է փորձի բարեփոխումներ իրականացնել, և այս ճանապարհին չեն կարող խնդիրներ չլինել, չի կարող ամեն ինչ սահուն լինել»,- նշեց Վերանյանը:

Ըստ փորձագետի՝ Կառավարությունը քաղաքականություն է որդեգրել, և դրա իրականացումը պետք է լինի բարեփոխումների միջոցով:

«Առանց խնդիրների, առանց բացթողումների անհնար է հեղափոխության արդյունքում իշխանության եկած ուժերին աշխատել: Նրանք հին համակարգի հետ են աշխատում, չեն կարող զրոյից ստեղծել, պետք է հինը առավել արդյունավետ դարձնեն, որ առաջ գնան:

 
 
Նախորդ իշխանություններն ու նոր իշխանությունը եթե համագործակցեին ներքին և արտաքին հարցերով, շատ լավ կլիներ, շատ իդեալական կլիներ, դրանից կշահեր Հայաստանը, քաղաքացին, բայց գիտեք, որ քաղաքական անհամաձայնություններ կան»,- ասաց Կարեն Վերանյանը:

Նա կարևորեց արտաքին քաղաքականությունը՝ ասելով, որ Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերությունների վրա ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Յուրի Խաչատուրովի հետ տեղի ունեցածը հետք թողեց ոչ թե ռազմավարական տեսանկյունից, այլ իրադարձային:

«Ռուսաստանի հետ փորձ արվեց ճշգրտելու երկկողմ հարաբերություներն ու դիրքերը: Դիրքավորման խնդիր էր: Երկու կողմերն էլ պետք է աշխատեն իրար հետ: Նոր իշխանություն է եկել, որի հետ չեն աշխատել: ՀՀ իշխանությունները փորձում են դիրքավորվել: Խաչատուրովի հետ տեղի ունեցածը տեխնիկական կամ անփութության դրսևորում էր»,- մանրամասնեց Կարեն Վերանյանը:
