«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Մարսելում ՀՀ գլխավոր հյուպատոս Վարտան Սիրմակեսի՝ 2017 թ. տարեկան հայտարարագիրը ընդամենը երկու օր առաջ է հրապարակվել Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողովի կայքում:
Հայտարարագրից տեղեկանում ենք, որ հյուպատոսը նախորդ տարի ունեցել է մի քանի հանձնած փոխառություններ՝ բոլորն էլ շվեյցարական ֆրանկով: 2017 թ. սկզբին նրա փոխառությունները կազմել են 28 միլիոն 738 հազար շվեյցարական ֆրանկ, որին տարվա ընթացքում ավելացել է ևս 273 հազար 914–ը՝ տարեվերջին կազմելով 29 միլ իոն ֆրանկից մի փոքր ավելի գումար:
Դրամական միջոցները 2017 թ. վերջին կազմել են 7 միլիոն 895 հազար շվեյցարական ֆրանկ, 4900 եվրո, 8768 ԱՄՆ դոլար և 16 միլիոն 128 հազար դրամ: Տարեկան եկամուտների համար աղբյուր են ծառայել աշխատավարձերը և ստացված փոխառությունները, համապատասխանաբար՝ 3 միլիոն 349 հազար դրամ, 459 հազար ֆրանկ և 537 հազար ֆրանկ:
