Հյուսիսային պողոտայում Ուկրաինայի երկու քաղաքացիները բերման են ենթարկվել հասարակական վայրերում ոչ սթափ վիճակում հայտնվելու հիմքով

Համացանցում տեսանյութ է տարածվել, թե ինչպես են ոստիկանության ծառայողները բերման ենթարկում երկու օտարերկրացու: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, տեսանյութը տարատեսակ կարծիքների ու մեկնաբանությունների առիթ է տվել, ուստի ՀՀ ոստիկանությունը այդ առնչությամբ պարզաբանում է տարածել:
« Օգոստոսի 29-ին, ժամը 21.30-ի սահմաններում, Հյուսիսային պողոտայից, Վարչական իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ օրենսգրքի 175 հոդվածի հիմքով (հասարակական վայրերում ոչ սթափ վիճակում հայտնվելը), իսկապես ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժին են բերվել Ուկրաինայի Հանրապետության երկու քաղաքացի, կազմվել են համապատասխան արձանագրություններ, և նրանք օրենքով սահմանված կարգով ազատ են արձակվել:
Քաղաքացիները ոստիկանություն բերման են ենթարկվել, որովհետև խախտել էին հասարակական կարգն ու համակեցության կանոնները: Ու զարմանալի են անհիմն մեկնաբանություններն ու հարցադրումները, մասնավորապես, ոստիկանական գործողության կապակցությամբ:
Հիշյալ անձինք վիճաբանության մեջ են մտել տարածքում գտնվող քաղաքացիների հետ, հայհոյել, իսկ երբ միջամտել են ոստիկանները, հրապարակված տեսագրություններից էլ երևում է, որ իրավախախտներից մեկը ուղղակի պասիվ դիմադրություն է ցույց տվել ոստիկանության ծառայողներին, ինչը, օրենքի համաձայն, կարող է հաղթահարվել ֆիզիկական ուժի գործադրմամբ»,- նշված է հաղորդագրության մեջ:
Ինչպես նշված է հաղորդագրության մեջ, ոստիկանությունը որևէ խնդիր չի տեսնում երաժշտության ու փողոցային երաժիշտների աշխատանքի մեջ:
«Խնդիրն այն է, որ երաժշտությունը չվերածվի աղմուկի և անհարմարավետություն չպատճառի հասարակության մյուս անդամներին: Ուստի ոստիկանությունը, նկատի ունենալով, որ Հյուսիսային պողոտան նաև բնակելի տարածք է, փողոցային երաժիշտներին հորդորել է պահպանել լռության ռեժիմը, նվագելու համար ընտրել բնակարաններին չհարող տարածքներ ու զերծ մնալ չափազանց աղմկոտ կատարումներից»,- ասված է հաղորդագրության մեջ:
