Քոչարյանի պաշտպանական թիմը օգոստոսի 30-31-ին բողոք է ներկայացնելու Վճռաբեկ դատարան

ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի պաշտպանականը թիմը այսօր կամ վաղը բողոք է ներկայացնելու Վճռաբեկ դատարան: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում Քոչարյանի պաշտպան Հայկ Ալումյանը նշեց, որ բողոք ներկայացնելու վերջնաժամկետը լրանում է վաղը:
«Հնարավոր է՝ այսօր, կամ վաղը բողոքը ներկայացնենք, բայց որ ներկայացնելու ենք՝ դա հաստատ է»,- ասաց Ալումյանը:
Ինչպես ավելի վաղ նշել էր Հայկ Ալումյանը, բողոքի նպատակն է լինելու Վերաքննիչ դատարանում ներկայացրած հիմնավորումներից ևս երկուսը այնտեղ քննարկման առարկա դարձնելը:
Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի պաշտպանների թիմն ավելի վաղ Վերաքննիչ դատարան էր ներկայացրել կալանքից ազատելու մի շարք հիմնավորումներ, սակայն միայն անձի անձեռնմխելիության հիմքով են նրան կալանքից ազատ արձակել:
Օգոստոսի 21-ին Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին կալանքից ազատ արձակելու վերաբերյալ Վերաքննիչ դատարանի որոշման դեմ ՀՀ Գլխավոր դատախազության ներկայացրած բողոքը մուտքագրվել է Վճռաբեկ դատարան, որը եռամսյա ժամկետում որոշում է վարույթ ընդունելը: ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունը օգոստոսի 20-ին բողոք էր ներկայացնել Վճռաբեկ դատարան` ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին կալանքից ազատ արձակելու ՀՀ վերաքննիչ դատարանի որոշման դեմ:
Օգոստոսի 13-ին ՀՀ վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանի կողմից բավարարվել էր ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի նկատմամբ կալանքը որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառելու առաջին ատյանի դատարանի որոշման դեմ պաշտպանների բողոքը` հաշվի առնելով այն, որ ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանն անձեռնմխելի է: Նույն օրը, Հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունը հայտնել էր, որ ՀՀ վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանի կողմից ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի նկատմամբ կիրառված կալանքի որոշման վերացումն ապօրինի է, իսկ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունից նշել էին, որ Վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանի ամբողջական որոշումը ստանալուն պես կքննարկեն Վճռաբեկ դատարան դիմելու հնարավորությունը:
2008 թվականի մարտի 1-ից 2-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում Երևան քաղաքում տեղի ունեցած իրադարձությունների վերաբերյալ ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում քննվող քրեական գործով նախաքննության ընթացքում ձեռք բերված ապացույցների բավարար համակցության հիման վրա 2018 թվականի հուլիսի 26-ին Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պաշտոնաթող Նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 300.1-ին հոդվածի 1-ին մասով այն բանի համար, որ նա այլ անձանց հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ տապալել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սահմանադրական կարգը:
