Երևանի ավագանու արտահերթ ընտրություններին ընդառաջ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունում աշխատանքային խումբ է ստեղծվել

Սեպտեմբերի 23-ին կայանալիք Երևանի ավագանու արտահերթ ընտրությունների նախապատրաստման և անցկացման ընթացքում հնարավոր ընտրական իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ ԶԼՄ հրապարակումները, քաղաքացիների հաղորդումները և ահազանգերը գրանցելու և հաշվառելու, հաղորդումների քննարկման և դրանց հիման վրա նախապատրաստվող նյութերի ու հարուցված քրեական գործերի նախաքննության նկատմամբ դատախազական հսկողության արդյունավետությունը բարձրացնելու նպատակով ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի օգոստոսի 28-ի հրամանով ստեղծվել է աշխատանքային խումբ: Վերջինիս ղեկավար է նշանակվել ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի տեղակալ Հայկ Ասլանյանը: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից:
Աշխատանքային խմբի հիմնական գործառույթների մեջ են մտնում արտահերթ ընտրությունների նախապատրաստման և անցկացման ընթացքում հնարավոր ընտրական իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ ստացված հաղորդումների ուսումնասիրումը, դրանց ենթակայության հարցի լուծումը, ինչպես նաև այդ հաղորդումների քննարկման, նյութերի նախապատրաստման և հարուցված քրեական գործերի նախաքննության նկատմամբ դատախազական հսկողություն իրականացնելիս Երևան քաղաքի վարչական շրջանների դատախազներին գործնական աջակցության ցուցաբերումը:
Հրամանով Երևան քաղաքի և Երևան քաղաքի վարչական շրջանների դատախազներին հանձնարարվել է ընտրական իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ հաղորդումները քննարկել և դրանց ընթացք տալ սեղմ ժամկետում:
ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի կողմից աշխատանքային խմբի առջև խնդիր է դրվել ընտրախախտումների վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվություն ստանալու, դրանցով նախաձեռնված քրեադատավարական գործընթացների վերաբերյալ պահանջվող տեղեկատվությունն օպերատիվ կերպով տրամադրելու շրջանակներում սերտորեն գործակցել ինչպես ՀՀ ԿԸՀ-ի, այնպես էլ ընտրությունները լուսաբանող լրատվամիջոցների, դիտորդական առաքելություն իրականացնող և շահագրգիռ այլ կազմակերպությունների հետ, պատշաճ և օպերատիվ լուսաբանմամբ ապահովել իրականացվող աշխատանքների հրապարակայնությունն ու թափանցիկությունը:
Աշխատանքների արդյունավետությունը բարձրացնելու, ընտրական իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվությունն ստանալու, ինչպես նաև ընտրական գործընթացում ներգրավված սուբյեկտների կողմից ընտական իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ բարձրացված հրատապ խնդիրներին արագ արձագանքումն ապահովելու նպատակով օգոստոսի 29-ից Երևանի դատախազությունում գործարկվել է թեժ գիծ՝ 511603 հեռախոսահամարով:
