Օգոստոսի 28-ին՝ ժամը 20:39-ին, «911» ծառայությանն ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Լեռնագոգ-Քարակերտ գյուղերի խաչմերուկում տեղի է ունեցել ՃՏՊ, կան տուժածներ. անհրաժեշտ է փրկարարների օգնությունը:

Դեպքի վայր է մեկնել ՀՀ ԱԻՆ ՓԾ հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատից մեկ մարտական հաշվարկ:

Պարզվել է, որ Քարակերտ-Արտենի ավտոճանապարհի 2-րդ կմ-ին «ՎԱԶ-2107» մակնիշի (վարորդը՝ Մ. Ա., ծնված 1976 թ.) ավտոմեքենան բախվել է «Opel vectra» մակնիշի (վարորդը՝ Հ. Բ., ծնված 1950թ.) ավտոմեքենային, այնուհետև հարվածել կայանած «SCANIA» մակնիշի (վարորդը՝ Իլյա Ս., Վրաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացի, ծնված 1976թ.) բեռնատարին:

Մինչ փրկարարների՝ կանչի վայր հասնելը՝ Մ. Ա.-ի, «ՎԱԶ-2107» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի ուղևոր Ա. Ա.-ի (2011թ.) դիերը տեղափոխվել են «Արմավիրի» ԲԿ, իսկ ուղևորներ Ա. (ծնվ. 2003թ.) և Վ. (2004թ.) Ա.-երի դիերը փրկարարների և քաղաքացիների ուժերով դուրս են բերվել ավտոմեքենայից, այնուհետև տեղափոխվել «Արմավիր» ԲԿ:

 
 



Ինչպես հայտնում է shamshyan.com-ը, մահացածները հայր ու որդիներ են, և երեխաները 7, 9 և 15 տարեկան էին։

Պարզվել է, որ «07»-ը մինչև վրացական համարանիշներով ֆուռի հետնամասին մխրճվելը, բախվել է Աշտարակի քաղաքի բնակիչ՝ 68-ամյա Հակոբ Բունիաթյանի վարած Opel Vectra մակնիշի 34 PV 193 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենային։

Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ «07»-ը վարել է Արմավիրի մարզի Լեռնագոգ գյուղի բնակիչ 42-ամյա Մարատ Արսենյանը, ով մահացել է, իսկ մյուս մահացածները նրա տղաներն էին՝ 15-ամյա Արթուր Արսենյանը, 14-ամյա Վահան Արսենյանը և 7-ամյա Արգիշտի Արսենյանը։
