ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի հատկապես կարևոր գործերի քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում ավարտվել է համակարգչային տեխնիկայի օգտագործմամբ խոշոր չափերով հափշտակություն կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից, քննությամբ ձեռք բերված տվյալների համաձայն՝ Երևանի 22-ամյա բնակիչը, 2017թ. հոկտեմբեր-նոյեմբեր ամիսներին համակարգչային տեխնիկայի օգտագործմամբ ԱՄՆ-ում և Ավստրիայի Հանրապետությունում գտնվող ընկերությունների ինտերնետ խանութներից պատվիրել է ապրանքներ՝ որպես վճարման եղանակ օգտագործելով համացանցից ձեռք բերած, այլ անձանց քարտային հաշվեհամարներում առկա դրամական միջոցները՝ հափշտակելով ընկերությունների կողմից առաքված խոշոր չափերով՝ ընդհանուր 635,164 ՀՀ դրամին համարժեք 1316 ԱՄՆ դոլար արժողության ապրանքներ:

Մասնավորապես, 22-ամյա երիտասարդը 2017թ. օգոստոս-սեպտեմբեր ամիսներին համացանցից ձեռք է բերել բազմաթիվ անձանց բանկային քարտերի տվյալներ: Այնուհետև՝ 2017թ. հոկտեմբեր-նոյեմբեր ամիսներին, Երևան քաղաքում գտնվող իր բնակարանից, որպես էլեկտրոնային վճարման եղանակ, մուտքագրել է ձեռք բերած հիշյալ բանկային քարտերի տվյալները և դրանց հաշվեհամարներում առկա դրամական միջոցների փոխանցմամբ պատվիրել ապրանքներ ու այդ կերպ հափշտակել իր անվամբ ընկերություններից առաքված ապրանքները:

Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ 22-ամյա երիտասարդին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 181-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով:

Նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, և քրեական գործը՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել նախաքննության օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
