ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԵՔՔՎ Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում քննություն է տարվում՝ «Նուբարաշեն» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի կալանավոր Ա.Նիկողոսյանի մահվան հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ։

2018թ. օգոստոսի 23-ին ՀՀ ԱՆ «Նուբարաշեն» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկից ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ ՔԿՀ-ում պահվող կալանավոր Ա.Նիկողոսյանը մահացել է:

 
Անմիջապես դեպքի վայր է մեկնել ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԵՔՔՎ Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնի հերթապահ ավագ քննիչը։


Դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ պարզվել է, որ 1990թ. ծնված Արարատ Նիկողոսյանի դին հայտնաբերվել է ՀՀ ԱՆ «Նուբարաշեն» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի 4-րդ մասնաշենքի խցում, որտեղ նրա հետ միասին պահվել են ևս 8 այլ կալանավոր։

Դեպքի վայրի զննմանը մասնակից, Արարատ Նիկողոսյանի համախցակից կալանավորը հայտարարել է, որ Ա.Նիկողոսյանը գտնվել է խցի սանհանգույցում, որտեղից լսել է աղմուկ, ապա ձայն է տվել և չստանալով արձագանք՝ բացել է դուռը, որից հետո վերջինս անգիտակից վիճակում ընկել է խցի հատակին, փորձել են տալ արհեստական շնչառություն, միաժամանակ կանչել վարչակազմի աշխատակիցներին, որոնք շտապօգնություն են հրավիրել։

Որոշում է կայացվել Արարատ Նիկողոսյանի դիակի դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն նշանակելու մասին, որի եզրակացությունը դեռ չի ստացվել։

Դիահերձման արդյունքներով որպես մահվան պատճառ է նշվել թույլ սրտային անբավարարությունը։

Մահվան պատճառի մասին առավել ամբողջական տեղեկատվություն կտրամադրվի փորձաքննության եզրակացությունն ստանալուց հետո։
