Մենք գիտենք, որ...

Ռադիոն ստեղծել է ռուս գյուտարար Ալեքսանդր Պոպովը 1895 թվականի մայիսի 6–ին (այդ օրը նախկին ԽՍՀՄ–ում նշվում էր որպես ռադիոյի օր): 

Իրականում այնքան էլ այդպես չէ:

Պարզվում է, որ «ռադիոյի գյուտարար» կոչմանը հավակնում են բազմաթիվ մարդիկ: Նրանք բոլորն էլ ինչ–որ չափով ռադիո են հայտնագործել: Առաջին արտոնագիրը ստացել է ամերիկացի ատամնաբույժ Մալոն Լումիսը 1872 թվականին, ով դեռևս 1866 թվականին հայտարարում էր, որ հայտնաբերել է անթել կապի սարք: ԱՄՆ–ում ռադիոյի պիոներներ են համարվում նաև Խյուզը (1878թ. ), Էդիսոնը (1875թ., արտոնագիր՝ 1885թ.) և Տեսլան (արտոնագիրը՝ 1878թ.), Գերմանիայում՝ Հերցը (1890թ.), Ֆրանսիայում՝ Բրանլինը (1890թ.), Անգլիայում՝ Լոդժը (1894թ.), Հնդկաստանում՝ Չինդրու Բոշենը (1894թ.), Իտալիայում՝ Մարկոնին (1896թ.), և վերջապես Ռուսաստանում՝ Պոպովը: Այն, որ մեր իրականության մեջ ընդունված է, որ Պոպովն է ռադիոյի գյուտարարը, գալիս է նրանից, որ մենք գտնվում ենք նույն ռուսական քարոզչության ազդեցության տարածքում:

Իրականում արևելքում առավել ընդունված է համարել, որ ռադիոն հայտնագործել է իտալացի Գուլերմո Մարկոնին 1895 թվականի սկզբում (Պոպովից մի քանի ամիս առաջ): Հարց է ծագում՝ իսկ ինչո՞ւ հենց Մարկոնին: Մարկոնին առաջինն է եղել, որ ռադիոկապ է իրականացրել լաբորատորիայից դուրս (այդ տեսակետից երկրորդը Պոպովն է), բացի այդ, նա անընդհատ կատարելագործել է կապը և հայտնագործությունը կապել արտադրության հետ:

Իտալացի մարքիզ Գուլերմո Մարկոնին (1874–1937) եղել է ռադիոտեխնիկ և գործարար: 1896 թվականին նա ժամանում է Անգլիա և ցուցադրում է իր սարքը՝ ռադիոն, որի օգնությամբ, օգտագործելով Մորզեի այբուբենը , Լոնդոնի փոստի շենքի տանիքից ազդանշան է ուղարկում 1,5 կմ հեռավորությամբ գտնվող այլ շենքի տանիք: Նա անընդհատ սկսում է կատարելագործել իր սարքը, նույն տարում նա արդեն 3 կմ հեռավորության վրա էր «խոսում» , իսկ արդեն 1901 թվականին նա առաջին ռադիոազդանշանն է տալիս Եվրոպայից Ամերիկա՝ ընդամենը մեկ նշան՝ Մորզեի այբուբենի Ս տառը: Այս ամենի հետ նա նաև լավ գործարար էր: 1897 թվականին, ստանալով արտոնագիր, նա հիմնեց «Маркони К» ընկերությունը, աշխատանքի հրավիրեց գիտնականների և տեխնիկների, սկսեց արտադրել «անլար հեռագրի սարքեր» և ապահովեց որոշ կղզիների կապը մայրցամաքի հետ: Ի դեպ, այդ ամենի հետ նա հասցրել է նաև սենատոր դառնալ Իտալիայում: 1909 թվականին Գուլերմո Մարկոնին դարձել է Նոբել յան մրցանակակիր՝ ֆիզիկայի գծով:

Ցավալի է, բայց պարզվում է, որ հայերը ռադիոյի հայտնագործության գործում ոչ մի ավանդ չունեն, չնայած նրան, որ ամեն իրեն հարգող երկիր ունի իր ռադիոյի գյուտարարը: Բայց դե, մի մխիթարություն էլ կա. մենք էլ ունենք աշխարհի ամենահայտնի և սիրված ռադիոն՝ «Հայկական ռադիոն»:
