ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահ Հայկ Գրիգորյանը ներկայացրել է ՔԿ նախագահի տեղակալներին

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահ Հայկ Գրիգորյանն այսօր կոլեգիայի անդամներին, ՔԿ ծառայողներին է ներկայացրել ՀՀ ՔԿ նախագահի նորանշանակ տեղակալներին։

ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի` օգոստոսի 24-ի որոշմամբ՝ ՀՀ ՔԿ նախագահի տեղակալ է նշանակվել Արման Պողոսյանը, ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահի տեղակալ-զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչության պետ՝ Արտակ Կրկյաշարյանը, ՀՀ ՔԿ նախագահի տեղակալ-ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչության պետ՝ Սամվել Ավետիսյանը։

Շնորհավորելով նոր նշանակումների կապակցությամբ` Հայկ Գրիգորյանը մասնավորապես նշել է. «Վստահ եմ, որ նոր նշանակումները կնպաստեն Քննչական կոմիտեի աշխատանքների կազմակերպման արդյունավետության բարձրացմանը։ Նրանցից յուրաքանչյուրն ունի մասնագիտական հարուստ փորձ ու հմտություններ, բարոյական բարձր հատկանիշներ, որոնք, վստահ եմ, կծառայեցնեն Քննչական կոմիտեի առջև դրված խնդիրների, սահմանադրական գործառույթների կատարմանը։ Արդարադատության իրականացման հիմքը նախաքննության ընթացքում ձեռք բերված ապացույցներն են, և մեր առաջնային խնդիրն է՝ հանցագործության յուրաքանչյուր դեպքով ողջամիտ ժամկետներում ապահովել բազմակողմանի և օբյեկտիվ քննության իրականացումը, ապացույցների պատշաճ ձեռք բերումը, որոնց համակցությամբ կտրվեն իրավական գնահատականներ։ Ինչպես մեր զինվորներն են դիրքերում օրը 24 ժամ պաշտպանում մեր երկրի սահմանները, այնպես էլ մենք՝ որպես այս ոլորտի զինվորներ, պարտավոր ենք պատշաճ ծառայել մեր ժողովրդին, պաշտպանել հանցագործությունից տուժած մեր քաղաքացիների իրավունքները, ապահովել պատժի անխուսափելիությունը»։

Աշխատանքային հանդիպման ավարտին ՀՀ ՔԿ նախագահը ծառայությունների ու ստորաբաժանումների պատասխանատուներին տրվեցին կոնկրետ հանձնարարականներ:
