ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԶՔԳՎ ՀԿԳ քննության վարչության վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործով որոշում է կայացվել՝ Տիգրան Սուրիկի Խաչատրյանին՝ կեղծ փաստաթղթերի օգտագործմամբ զինվորական ծառայությունից խուսափելու համար, որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավելու մասին։ Նրա նկատմամբ հայտարարվել է հետախուզում։

Նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝ Տ.Խաչատրյանը, հանդիսանալով ՀՀ քաղաքացի, ծնված` 23.06.1994 թվականին, կցագրում անցնելով Գորիսի զինկոմիսարիատում, ձեռք է բերել և օգտագործել իր առողջական վիճակին ակնհայտորեն չհամապատասխանող «նևրասթենիա» և «նևրասթենիա, չափավոր արտահայտված» ախտորոշմամբ եզրակացություններ, որոնց հիման վրա՝ 2014 թվականին երկու անգամ ստացել է տարկետում` համապատասխանաբար 5 ամիս և 3 տարի ժամկետներով։ Այնուհետև` նույն ճանապարհով 2017 թվականի ձմեռային զորակոչին ճանաչվել է զինվորական ծառայության համար ոչ պիտանի և հաշվառվել պահեստազորում՝ այդպիսով խուսափելով ժամկետային զինվորական ծառայության հերթական զորակոչերից:

Բացի այդ, փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել՝ իրավունք վերապահող կեղծ պաշտոնական փաստաթուղթ` 08.07.2010թ. թվագրմամբ ԱԱ սերիայի 460497 համարի ատեստատ ձեռք բերելու վերաբերյալ, որն օգտագործելով՝ 2010 թվականին ընդունվել է Գորիսի պետական համալսարանի պատմաիրավագիտական ֆակուլտետ։

Բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ քննիչը որոշում է կայացրել՝ Տ.Խաչատրյանին ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 325-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով՝ փաստաթղթեր, դրոշմներ, կնիքներ, ձևաթղթեր, տրանսպորտային միջոցների հաշվառման համարանիշներ կեղծելը, իրացնելը կամ օգտագործելը և 327-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով՝ ժամկետային զինվորական կամ այլընտրանքային ծառայությունից, վարժական հավաքներից կամ զորահավաքներից խուսափելը, որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավելու մասին: Քննությամբ հնարավոր չի եղել պարզել մեղադրյալ Տ.Խաչատրյանի գտնվելու վայրը, և նրա նկատմամբ հայտարարվել է հետախուզում։

Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել ենք, որ ՀՀ ՔԿ զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչության վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել նաև Տրդատ Սուրիկի Խաչատրյանին՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 327-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով՝ ժամկետային զինվորական կամ այլընտրանքային ծառայությունից, վարժական հավաքներից կամ զորահավաքներից խուսափելը։ Վերջինիս նկատմամբ նշանակվել է ստացիոնար դատահոգեբուժական հանձնաժողովային փորձաքննություն։
