«Հայկական ժամանակ». ՀՀ կառավարությունում քննարկվում է հաջորդ տարի կրկին եվրոբոնդ թոդարկել և 500-700 միլիոն դոլարի նոր պարտք ներգրավել

«Մեր ունեցած հավաստի տեղեկություններով ՀՀ կառավարությունում քննարկվում է հաջորդ տարի կրկին եվրոբոնդ թոդարկել եւ դրանով 500-700 միլիոն դոլարի արտաքին նոր պարտք ներգրավել։ Վերջնական որոշում դեռ կայացված չէ:

Ուշագրավն այն Է, որ հաջորդ տարվա պետական բյուջեի նախագծում դա նախատեսված չէ Այսինքն սպասվում է, որ կառավարությունը կգործի ըստ իրավիճակի՝ եթե տնտեսական վիճակը ավելի վատանա, քան նախատեսվում Է, ապա այդ պարտքը կներգրավվի։ Սա կլինի եվրոբոնդերի արդեն երրորդ թողարկումը։ Առաջին երկու թողարկումներով Հայաստանը արդեն ներգրավել Է 1.2 միլիարդ դոլարի արտաքին պարտք։ Դրանք բավականին թանկ պարտքեր են՝ տարեկան մոտ 7 տոկոս տոկոսադրույքով։ Հաշվի առնելով Հայաստանի տնտեսության սահուն վատթարացումը, եվրոբոնդերի տոկոսադրայքը Էլ ավելի կբարձրանա։ Կառավարությունում նախնական հաշվարկները ցույց են տվել, որ հաջորդ թողարկմամբ ներգրավված պարտքի տոկոսադրույքը կլինի 8 տոկոս կամ նույնիսկ ավելին։ Կառավարության համար եվրոբոնդերի թողարկման միջոցով պարտքեր ներգրավելը ձեռնտու Է այն տեսանսյանից որ դրա օգտագործման համար կառավարությունը հաշվետու չէ որևէ միջազգային ֆինանսական կառույցի, ծախսում է այդ փողերը ըստ հայեցողության»,–գրում է թերթը։
