Օգոստոսի 26-ի լույս գիշերը Իրանի արեւմուտքում տեղի ունեցած երկրաշարժից տուժածների թիվը 250-ի է հասել, զոհերի թիվը՝ 2-ի:

Ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ հղում անելով  իրանական IRNA գործակալությանը, երկրաշարժը տեղի է ունեցել Քերմանշահ նահանգում:

Քերմանշահի նահանգապետի փոխանցմամբ, երկրաշարժից տուժածների թիվը 250-ի է հասնում: Երկրաշարժի հետեւանքով զոհվել է 2 մարդ, տուժել է Թազե Աբադ քաղաքի 241 բնակիչ:

Շաբաթ լույս կիրակի գիշերը Թեհրանի համալսարանի գեոֆիզիկայի ինստիտուտի սեյսմիկ կենտրոնը հայտնել է 5,9 մագնիտուդ հզորությամբ երկրաշարժի մասին: Ցնցումները գրանցվել են տեղական ժամանակով 02.43 –ին: Երկրաշարժի էպիկենտրոնը  Քերմանշահ մարզի Թազե Աբադ քաղաքից 31 կիլոմետր հեռավորության վրա է գտնվել: Քերմանշահի շրջանն է: Էպիկենտրոնում ցնցումների ուժգնությունը հասել է 8,3 բալի:

 Իրանի արեւմուտքում  7,3 բալ հզորությամբ վերջին ավերիչ երկրաշարժը տեղի էր ունեցել 2018 թվականի նոյեմբերի 13-ին: Երկրաշարժի զոհ էր դարձել 650 մարդ, տուժել էր 12 հազարը:
