Դատապարտյալի կողմից ՔԿՀ աշխատակցի նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելու գործը վարույթ է ընդունվել

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչության Վաղարշապատի քննչական բաժնում վարույթ է ընդունվել դատապարտյալի կողմից քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի աշխատակցի նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործը։

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից՝ նախնական տվյալներով՝  ՀՀ ԱՆ «Արմավիր» ՔԿ հիմնարկում պատիժը կրող 33-ամյա դատապարտյալը 2018թ. հուլիսի 30-ին դրսևորել է ագրեսիվ վարքագիծ և իր վերաբերյալ կազմված բնութագրի կապակցությամբ վիճաբանել նույն ՔԿՀ-ի ՍՀԻԱ բաժնի գլխավոր մասնագետի՝ արդարադատության կապիտանի հետ։

Դատապարտյալը հնչեցրել է հայհոյանքներ և, ըստ քրեական գործի տվյալների， սպառնացել բռնություն գործադրել, քաշքշել կապիտանի համազգեստից և ուսադիրներից։ Միջադեպին միջամտել են հիմնարկի 5-րդ տեղամասում գտնվող ՔԿՀ-ի այլ ծառայողներ։

Դեպքի առթիվ 2018թ. օգոստոսի 22-ին ՀՀ ԱՆ «Արմավիր» ՔԿՀ-ի հետաքննիչի կողմից հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 316-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, որն ըստ քննչական ենթակայության ուղարկվել է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչության Վաղարշապատի քննչական բաժին։ Նույն օրը քրեական գործը ստացվել և վարույթ է ընդունվել Վաղարշապատի քննչական բաժնում։

Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու, բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ հետազոտումն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ։

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքովսահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
