ԿԸՀ-ն հրապարակել է Երևանի ավագանու արտահերթ ընտրությունների 5 քմ-ն գերազանցող գովազդային վահանակների ցանկը
SOCIETYՀՀ կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի կայքում (www.elections.am) հրապարակվել է Երևանի ավագանու արտահերթ ընտրությունների նախընտրական քարոզչության ժամանակահատվածում ընտրություններին մասնակցող կուսակցությունների, կուսակցությունների դաշինքների տրամադրմանն առաջարկվող 5 քառակուսի մետրը գերազանցող մակերեսով արտաքին գովազդային վահանակների ցանկը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԿԸՀ մամուլի ծառայությունից:
Հաղորդագրության մեջ նաև նշված է. «Ընտրական օրենսգրքի 21-րդ հոդվածի 6-րդ մասի համաձայն՝ ընտրություններին մասնակցող կուսակցությունների ընտրական ցուցակների գրանցման փաստաթղթերը ներկայացնելու համար ընտրական օրենսգրքով սահմանված ժամկետներում՝ մինչև 2018 թվականի օգոստոսի 29-ը, ընտրություններին մասնակցող կուսակցությունները, կուսակցությունների դաշինքները Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողով կարող են ներկայացնել հայտեր՝ այդ գովազդային վահանակներում քարոզչական պաստառ, քարոզչական տպագիր և այլ նյութեր տեղադրելու համար:
Հայտերը ներկայացվում են Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի սահմանած ձևով, որը կարելի է ներբեռնել հանձնաժողովի կայքից:
Ընտրական օրենսգրքի պահանջների համաձայն՝ Երևանի ավագանու ընտրությունների ժամանակ 5 քառակուսի մետրը գերազանցող մակերեսով քարոզչական պաստառը կարող է փակցվել միայն ներկայացված հայտերի հիման վրա՝ Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի կողմից նախապես բաշխված արտաքին գովազդային վահանակում»:
