ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար, գեներալ-գնդապետ Յուրի Խաչատուրովը դատի է տվել Գլոբալիզացիայի և տարածաշրջանային համագործակցության վերլուծական կենտրոնի նախագահ Ստեփան Գրիգորյանին։ Պատճառը՝ վերջինիս կողմից բազմիցս հնչեցրած այն հայտարարություններն էին, իբր 2016 թվականի ապրիլյան պատերազմի ժամանակ Յուրի Խաչատուրովը, ինչպես նաև մի շարք այլ գեներալներ, իրենց տեղում չէին։ Ստեփան Գրիգորյանը մեղադրում էր Հայոց բանակի հրամանատարությանը տարածքներ վաճառելու մեջ։

 

Analitik.am-ի հետ զրույցում Յ. Խաչատուրովի փաստաբան Գրիգոր Բեքնազյանն նշել է, որ Ստեփան Գրիգորյանի հայտարարությունները «ոչ միայն զրպարտում և հեղինակազրկում են պարոն Խաչատուրովի բարի անունը, համբավը, պատիվը և արժանապատվությունը, այլ նաև անմիջական առնչություն ունեն ՀՀ Զինված Ուժերի հետ։ Եվ քանի որ դրանք չեն համապատասխանում իրականությանը, խնդիր առաջացավ անպայման հանրությանը ցույց տալ, որ այդ հայտարարություններն իրականում սուտ են, արատավորում են ինչպես պարոն Խաչատուրովի, այնպես էլ և հատկապես բանակի պատիվը, հեղինակությունը»։

 

Անդրադառնալով այն հարցին, թե ինչու նախկինում անդրադարձ չի եղել նման հայտարարություններին՝ Գրիգոր Բեքնազյանն ասել է, որ նախկինում այդ մեղադրանքները վերաբերվել են միայն Յ. Խաչատուրովին, իսկ հիմա հարցի կասկածի տակ է առնվում ողջ բանակի հեղինակությունը։ «Հիմա արդեն Խաչատուրովը կարևորում է ԶՈՒ հեղինակության պաշտպանության հարը», - ասել է փաստաբանը։
