Ամեն անգամ նոր ծրագրերն ավելի իրատեսական կդարձնեն այս պատանիների վերադարձը դեպի հայրենիք: Այս մասին «Քայլ դեպի տուն» ծրագրի փակման արարողությունից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարար Մխիթար Հայրապետյանը: 

Նա նշեց, որ իրենք նախկին իշխանությունների ծրագրերի հանդեպ մերժողական քաղաքականություն չունեն, օրինակ՝ այս ծրագիրը «Արի տուն» ծրագրի հետ համատեղությունն է, սակայն չեն պատրաստվում իրականացնել ՀՀ 3-րդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի՝ 4 միլիոն Հայաստանում դառնալու ծրագիրը: «Բոլոր ծրագրերը, որ իրականացնելու ենք, ցանկանում ենք, որ լինեն իրատեսական և ոչ պաթոսային»,-մանրամասնեց նախարարը: 

Ըստ նրա՝ իրենց կառավարության գործողությունները պետք է բերեն ներգաղթի, պետք է լուծվեն առաջին հերթին աշխատատեղերի խնդիրները: «Մենք մի կողմից ասում ենք, որ Սփյուռքի ներուժը պետք է պետական կառավարման համակարգում օգտագործենք, սակայն քաղծառայողների մասին օրենքով լուրջ խոչընդոտներ կան ստաժի հետ կապված և այլն»,-նշեց նա, ապա հավելեց, որ այս առումով առաջարկների փաթեթներ է նախարարությունը ներկայացնելու կառավարություն:

 
 



Ինչ վերաբերում է հենց «Քայլ դեպի տուն» ծրագրին, ապա նախարարը նշեց, որ ամեն ինչ անելու են, ուսումնասիրելու են, որ հաջորդ անգամ ավելի շատ գումարներ խնայեն, լավագույն լուծումները գտնեն: Որպես օրինակ՝ նա ընդգծեց տարբեր գործընկերների գտնելը ու նրանց աջակցությունը: 

Նախարարը ևս մեկ անգամ հայտարարեց՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորած կառավարության օրոք ՀՀ-ում մենաշնորհ չկա. «Ամբողջ կառավարության անունից եմ հայտարարում՝ որևէ մեկը չի կարող ոտնձգություններ անել ձեր բիզնեսի նկատմամբ: Սփյուռքից անընդհատ ասում են՝ երաշխիքներ են հարկավոր, ես ասում եմ՝ դա մեր քայլերն են: Սփյուռքի նախարարությունում մեկ դրամ չարաշահման մասին որևէ մեկը չի կարող խոսել, ես, որպես գերատեսչության ղեկավար, դա պատասխանատու կերպով հայտարարում եմ: Սրանք ազդակներ են, չէ՞»:
