Համայնքների ներկայացրած ևս 35 ծրագիր սուբվենցիա կստանա

Օգոստոսի 22-ին ՀՀ փոխվարչապետ Արարատ Միրզոյանի մոտ տեղի է ունեցել սուբվենցիաներ ստանալու համար ծրագրային հայտերի գնահատման միջգերատեսչական հանձնաժողովի հերթական նիստը։ Քննարկման է ներկայացվել ՀՀ 30 համայնքներից ստացված 45 ծրագիր՝ ուղղված համայնքների տնտեսական և սոցիալական ենթակառուցվածքների զարգացմանը։
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, նիստին մասնակցել են տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարության փոխնախարար Դավիթ Գևորգյանը և տարածքային ներդրումային քաղաքականության և ենթակառուցվածքների զարգացման վարչության պետ Նարինե Ավետյանը։
Քննարկման արդյունքներով հանձնաժողովի կողմից հավանության է արժանացել 35 ծրագիր: Նիստի ընթացքում զեկուցվել է, որ հավանության արժանացած 35 ծրագրի ընդհանուր գումարը կազմել է 1,237 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամ, որից համայնքների կողմից համաֆինանսավորման չափը 619,2 մլն ՀՀ դրամ, ՀՀ պետական բյուջեից համաֆինանսավորման չափը` 509,1 մլն ՀՀ դրամ, իսկ 109,1 մլն ՀՀ դրամը մասնավոր հատվածի միջոցներն են:
Թվով 5 ծրագիր ներկայացվել է լրամշակման՝ հաջորդ նիստին քննարկելու նպատակով: Ներկայացված ծրագրերն ուղղված են համայնքների տնտեսական և սոցիալական ենթակառուցվածքների զարգացմանը․ փողոցների ասֆալտապատում և բարեկարգում, էներգախնայողություն, փողոցային լուսավորություն, խմելու ջրի և ոռոգման համակարգերի կառուցում և վերանորոգում, ինչպես նաև մանկապարտեզների, մշակութային տների, համայնքային կենտրոնների կառուցում և վերանորոգում։
