ՀՀ-ում կապույտ հազի աշխուժացում կա. առողջապահության նախարարությունը զգուշացնում է

 Հայաստանում այս տարի դիտվում է կապույտ հազով հիվանդացության բարձրացում: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունից, կապույտ հազին բնորոշ է 3-4 տարին մեկ պարբերական աշխուժացումը: Վերջին պարբերական բարձրացումը գրանցվել է 2013-2014 թվականներին: Հիվանդացության պարբերական ակտիվացումը պայմանավորված է պատվաստումներում ուշ ընդգրկման, պատվաստումներից հրաժարման և թերի պատվաստված անձանց կուտակմամբ, ինչպես նաև բնակչության ակտիվ տեղաշարժով։

2018թ. հունվար-հուլիսին 2017-ի նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ  հանրապետությունում կապույտ հազի հիվանդացությունն աճել է  մոտ 3 անգամ. արձանագրվել է կապույտ հազի 118 դեպք:  Հիվանդների 81%-ը չպատվաստված կամ թերի պատվաստված անձինք են:

Կապույտ հազը մանրէային հիվանդություն է, փոխանցվում է օդակաթիլային ճանապարհով։ Սկսվում է ընդհանուր թուլությամբ, հազով, ջերմության բարձրացմամբ: Աստիճանաբար հազը դառնում է նոպայազև, նոպայի վերջում ներշնչման ժամանակ երեխան ուժեղ հաչոցանման ձայն է հանում։ Նոպայաձև հազի ժամանակ երեխան կարող է կապտել, ինչով էլ պայմանավորված է հիվանդության անվանումը:

Կապույտ հազին բնորոշ են բարդություններ` թոքաբորբ, բրոնխիտ, էնցեֆալիտ (ուղեղի ախտահարում), որոնք կարող են երեխայի հաշմանդամության պատճառ դառնալ։ Հիվանդությունը հատկապես ծանր են տանում մինչև մեկ տարեկան երեխաները։ Նրանց մոտ հազը կարող է առաջացնել շնչառության կանգ։

Այս տարի գրանցված կապույտ հազի դեպքերից 65-ը 0-1 տարեկան երեխաներ են: 2018թ. արձանագրվել է կապույտ հազից 2 ամսական երեխայի մահվան դեպք:

Առողջապահության նախարարությունը հերթական անգամ ընդգծում է` կապույտ հազի կանխարգելման միակ անվտանգ և արդյունավետ միջոցը պատվաստումն է: Միայն ժամանակին և լիարժեք իրականացված պատվաստումները կարող են կանխել հիվանդության առաջացումը և դրա հետևանքով առաջացած բարդությունները: Սովորաբար հավանականությունը շատ փոքր է, որ չպատվաստվածները դուրս մնան այդ համաճարակաբանական պրոցեսից:
