Գիտնականներն ապացուցել են Էլեկտրոնային սիգարետների մահացու վտանգը
LIFEԱՄՆ-ի Մինեսոտայի համալսարանի գիտնականները պարզել են, որ Էլեկտրոնային սիգարետների գոլորշին կարող Է ԴՆԹ-ի վնասումներ առաջացնել բերանի խոռոչի բջիջներում եւ չարորակ ուռուցքների զարգացում հարուցել: Գիտական աշխատության արդյունքները ներկայացված են ԱՄՆ-ի Քիմիական ընկերության խորհրդաժողովում:
Այս մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հաղորդվում Է EurekAlert!-ի մամուլի տեղեկագրում: Շատ հետազոտություններ հաստատում են, թե վեյփինգն ավելի անվտանգ Է, քան սովորական սիգարետներ ծխելը, որի դեպքում գոյանում են ծխախոտի այրման քաղցկեղածին արգասիքներ: Սակայն հակասական տվյալներ գոյություն ունեն այն ռիսկի վերաբերյալ, որը բերում Է Էլեկտրոնային սիգարետների գործածումը: Հետազոտողները գնահատել են Էլեկտրոնային սիգարետների ներգործությունը հինգ կամավորների վրա: Վեյփինգի 15-րոպեանոց սեսիայից առաջ եւ հետո գիտափորձի մասնակիցներից վերցրել են թքի նմուշներ եւ տարրալուծել դրանք՝ ստուգելու ԴՆԹ-ն քայքայող քիմիական նյութերի առկայությունը:
Բացի դրանից, փորձարկվողների մոտ գնահատել են բջիջներում գենետիկական ապարատի վնասման աստիճանը: Գիտնականները հայտնաբերել են երեք թունավոր միացություններ, որոնց պարունակությունը թքի մեջ ներքաշումներից հետո զգալիորեն աճել Է՝ ֆորմալդեհիդ, ակրոլեին եւ մեթիլգլիօքսալ: Բացի դրանից, հինգ փորձարկվողներից չորսի մոտ հայտնաբերվել են ԴՆԹ-ի վնասումներ, որոնք կապված են ակրոլեինի ներգործության հետ: Նյութն առաջացրել Է ԴՆԹ-ադուկտներ. հայտնվել են նուկլեինային թթուների եւ կողմնակի մոլեկուլների համալիրներ, որոնցում անհնար Է տրանսկրիպցիայի եւ տրանսլյացիայի գործընթացների ճիշտ ընթացքը: Եթե բջիջը չի կարող վերացնել վնասումները, ապա հնարավոր են սխալներ ԴՆԹ-ի ռեպլիկացիայում, որոնք հանգեցնում են չարորակ ուռուցքների առաջացման:
