29-ամյա երիտասարդի մահվան մեջ մեղադրվող բժշկուհին արդարացվեց. դատախազը Վերաքննիչ է դիմել
SOCIETY29-ամյա Հովհաննես Նիկողոսյանի մահվան մեջ մեղադրվող բժշկուհի Լուսինե Խաչատրյանն արդարացվել է:
Երեւան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը ճանաչել եւ հռչակել է Լուսինե Խաչատրյանի անմեղությունը Քրեական օրենսգրքի 130-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով նախատեսված հանցանքի կատարման մեջ և նրան այդ մեղադրանքով արդարացրել` հանցակազմի բացակայության պատճառաբանությամբ: Նշենք, որ այս գործով մեղադրողը Վերաքննիչ է դիմել՝ պահանջելով մեղավոր ճանաչել բժշկուհուն կամ գործն ուղարկել նույն դատարան՝ նոր քննության:
Ըստ մեղադրական եզրակացության՝ Լուսինե Խաչատրյանը մասնագիտական պարտականությունները կատարել է ոչ պատշաճ, որի հետևանքով անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է իր մոտ բուժօգնության դիմած Հովհաննես Նիկողոսյանի մահը:
NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում «Ստեփան Բաղդասարյան» ԱՁ-ում աշխատող Լուսինե Խաչատրյանի պաշտպան Մնացական Ղազարյանն ավելի վաղ վստահեցրել էր, որ իր պաշտպանյալը բժշկական սխալ չի թույլ տվել եւ չէր էլ կարող թույլ տալ, քանի որ որեւէ բուժում չի նշանակել, դինամիկ հսկողություն չի իրականացրել, ընդամենը մեկ անգամ սոնոգրաֆիա է արել:
Ըստ պաշտպանի՝ տուժող Հովհաննես Նիկողոսյանը տառապում էր շաքարախտով, բուժվելու նպատակով դիմել էր բուսաբույժ Ստեփան Բաղդասարյանին, որն էլ խոստացել էր հանել ինսուլինն ու բույսերով բուժել նրան: Շուրջ 2 ամիս բուժում ստանալուց հետո Հովհաննեսի մոտ հայտնաբերվել էր լյարդի թունավոր բորբոքում եւ 2014 թ. հոկտեմբերի 6-ին նա մահացել է։
«Իրավապահ մարմինների բացթողումն է, որ Լուսինե Խաչատրյանին է մեղադրանք առաջադրվել: Տուժողը 5 կայացած բուժհիմնարկներում բուժվել է, հզոր բուժհիմնարկներ էին, իրավապահներն էլ թույլ օղակի վրա են գնացել եւ Լուսինե Խաչատրյանին մեղադրանք առաջադրել»,- ասել էր Մնացական Ղազարյանը:
