SOCIETYՆախորդ տարվա հունվար ամսին թիվ 58 երթուղին սպասարկող միկրոավտոբուսում գազաբալոնի պայթյունի համար մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել «Ուղևոր տար» ՍՊԸ-ի փոխտնօրենին:
Tert.am-ը Դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգից տեղեկացավ, որ «Ուղևոր տար» ՍՊԸ-ի փոխտնօրեն Սերգեյ Ավագյանը՝ որպես տեխնիկայի անվտանգության և աշխատանքի պաշտպանության ապահովման պատասխանատու անձ, պարտականությունները չի կատարել: Նա հանձնարարել է թիվ 58 երթուղին սպասարկող միկրոավտոբուսի բեռնախցիկում տեղադրել գազաբալոնային սարքավորում և առանց համապատասխան վկայագրման ճնշափորձարկման փաստաթղթերի ավտոմեքենան հանձնել է նույն ընկերության վարորդ Գ.Ք. Դուրգարյանին:
ԱԳԼՃԿ-ի աշխատակից Կյուրեխյանի կողմից ավտոմեքենայի վարորդից առանց գազաբալոնային սարքավորումների տեղադրման և ճնշափորձարկման ակտերը պահանջելու և դրանց գործողության ժամկետների օրինականությունը ստուգելու՝ չորս բալոնները լիցքավորելուց հետո բալոնների մեկը պայթել է, ինչի հետևանքով Է.Կյուրեխյանը ստացել է կյանքին վտանգ սպառնացող ծանր վնասվածք:
Սերգեյ Ավագյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ ՔՕ-ի 157-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով՝ աշխատանքի պաշտպանության կանոնները խախտելը:
