Զինծառայողները համապատասխան կարգով այլևս իրավունք կունենան օգտվելու բջջային հեռախոսներից
SOCIETYՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունը նոր կարգ է սահմանել զորքերում բջջային հեռախոսների կիրառման վերաբերյալ: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, «Ֆեյսբուք»-ի իր էջում այս մասին գրել է Պաշտպանության նախարարի մամուլի քարտուղար Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը:
ՊՆ մամուլի քարտուղար գրել է, որ ՀՀ ԶՈՒ-երի զինծառայողները այլևս ունեն իրավունք օգտվելու բջջային հեռախոսներից, սակայն դա պետք է անեն համապատասխան կարգով:
«ՀՀ ԶՈՒ ժամկետային պարտադիր զինծառայողների կողմից բջջային հեռախոսներից օգտվելու կանոնակարգ:
Զինծառայողին թույլատրվում է ունենալ բացառապես տեսագրման, ձայնագրման, լուսանկարման և ինտերնետ հնարավորություններ չունեցող բջջային հեռախոս: Զորակոչված զինծառայողի բջջային հեռախոսը հաշվառվում է հանրապետական հավաքակայանում: Եթե զինծառայողի բջջային հեռախոսն ունի տեսագրման, ձայնագրման և ինտերնետ հնարավորություններ ապա հեռախոսը հանրապետական հավաքակայանում վերադարձվում է զինծառայողի ներկայացուցչին` հանձման-ընդունման ստացականի հիման վրա: Հանրապետական հավաքակայանում զինծառայողը ծանոթանում է բջջային հեռախոսակապով խոսակցությունների ժամանակ գաղտնիության ռեժիմի պահպանման պահանջներին: Զորամաս ներկայանալուց հետո զինծառայողը նախապատրաստական ստորաբաժանումում բջջային հեռախոսը ներկայացնում է հաշվառման: Զինծառայողին արգելվում է շարքում, պլանային և ոչ պլանային միջոցառումների, պարապմունքների, մարտական հերթապահության, վերակարգի, զենքի խնամքի ժամանակ օգտվել բջջային հեռախոսից: Զինծառայողը բջջային հեռախոսից կարող է օգտվել միայն զորամասի օրվա կարգացուցակով նախատեսված ազատ ժամերին:
Զինծառայողի բջջային հեռախոսի հեռախոսավարձերի վճարումը կատարվում է զինծառայողի կամ նրա հարազատների կողմից»,- գրել է Հովհաննիսյանը:
Հովհաննիսյանը հիշեցրել է, որ բջջայինով խոսելիս պետք է խուսափել զինվորական անցուդարձի մասին առնչվող խոսակցություններից:
