Ոստիկանության կազմակերպված հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի գլխավոր վարչության ծառայողների ուսումնասիրություններով պարզվել է, որ համացանցի սոցիալական ցանցերում գովազդվում են Հայաստանում գործող տարբեր վարկային միջնորդներ:

Դրանք, գործելով իբրև վարկային կազմակերպություններ, իրենց դիմող քաղաքացիների վստահությունը չարաշահելու եղանակով նրանց անվամբ Հայաստանում գործող բանկերի կամ վարկային կազմակերպությունների միջոցով ձևակերպում են վարկեր՝ վարկային պայմանագրում նշված գումարի 30-ից 70 տոկոսը պահելով որպես միջնորդավճար։ 

Վարկերը հիմնականում ձևակերպվում են այսպես. քաղաքացին վարկ ստանալու նպատակով դիմում է այսպես կոչված վարկային կազմակերպությանը, որտեղից նրան ուղեկցում են էլեկտրոնային և կենցաղային տեխնիկայի վաճառքով զբաղվող խանութներ և նրա անվամբ ձևակերպում տեխնիկայի ապառիկ վաճառք։ Ապառիկը հաստատվելուց հետո քաղաքացուն տալիս են ապառիկի պայմանագրով հաստատված գումարի 60-ից 70 տոկոսը, մնացածը պահում իրենց՝ որպես միջնորդավճար։

Քաղաքացին, արդյունքում, չի ստանում գնված ապրանքը, սակայն բանկի նկատմամբ ձեռք է բերում ամբողջությամբ պայմանագրային պարտականությունները կատարելու պարտավորություն։

Ձեռնարկված ծավալուն օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներով ոստիկանության ԿՀԴՊ գլխավոր, Երևան քաղաքի և մարզային վարչությունների ստորաբաժանումների կողմից հայտնաբերվել է վերը նշված գործունեությամբ զբաղվող 10 կազմակերպություն:
