SOCIETYՀայաստանի Հանրապետությունում օրինականության հաստատումն այլընտրանք չունի: Պետության և ժողովրդի առաջ հանցագործություն կատարած բոլոր անձինք ենթարկվելու են պատասխանատվության: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, «Ֆեյսբուք» սոցիալական ցանցի ուղիղ եթերում այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը: «Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում հաստատված է ժողովրդի իշխանությունը և հավատացած եղեք, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում չկա որևէ ուժ, որ ի վիճակի լինի կանգնել ժողովրդի իշխանության առաջ, որ ի վիճակի լինի կանգնեցնել ժողովրդական հեղափոխության հաղթանակը: Ով կփորձի կանգնել այդ ճանապարհին, կհայտնվի պատմության աղբանոցում: Եվ ցանկանում եմ հավաստիացնել, որ ինչպես նախկինում բազմիցս ասել եմ Հանրապետության հրապարակում ձեր առաջ կանգնելով, Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում օրինականության հաստատումն այլընտրանք չունի: Պետության և ժողովրդի առաջ հանցագործություն կատարած բոլոր անձինք ենթարկվելու են պատասխանատվության: Այս ճանապարհը, օրինականության հաստատման ճանապարհն այլընտրանք չունի, բոլորը պատասխան են տալու իրենց կատարած արարքների համար Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված կարգով, եղանակներով և ձևերով»,- ասաց վարչապետը:
Նա հավելեց, որ այս ողջ գործընթացի ընթացքում իր գլխավորած կառավարությունը նույնպիսի պատասխանատվություն է զգում Հայաստանի պետականության, ժողովրդի, օրինականության առաջ: «Մենք քաղաքական գործընթացը կազմակերպելու ենք ժողովրդից ստացված լիազորությունների սահմաններում և այդ լիազորությունների սահմանները չենք անցնելու ոչ մի պարագայում, որովհետև մենք չենք ցանկանում ուրիշների ապօրինությունները փոխարինել մեր ապօրինություններով, ուրիշների թալանը փոխարինել մեր թալանով, մենք չենք ուզում ուրիշների գողացածը տեղափոխել մեր գրպաններ, մենք ուզում ենք ուրիշների գողացածը տեղափոխել պետական բյուջե և ծառայեցնել ժողովրդի և պետության կարիքներին: Բոլոր հանցագործները ենթարկվելու են պատասխանատվության, ժողովրդից գողացված ամեն մի կոպեկ վերադարձվելու է ժողովրդին: Եվ ոչ բռնի, թավշյա, ժողովրդական հեղափոխության հաղթարշավը պարզապես այլընտրանք չունի, որովհետև Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում կա մի տեր, մի իշխանություն, և այդ տերը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացին է»,- ընդգծեց Փաշինյանը:
Նա ևս մեկ անգամ կոչ արեց օգոստոսի 17-ին, ժամը 18:30-ին հավաքվել Երևանի Հանրապետության հրապարակում՝ ամփոփելու քաղաքացու իշխանության հաստատման 100 օրը և խոսել ժողովրդական հեղափոխության հետագա հաղթանակների մասին:
