«Դիլիջան ազգային պարկ»-ում ապօրինի ծառահատումների դեպքի քրեական գործով ձերբակալվել է երկու անձ
SOCIETY«Դիլիջան ազգային պարկ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի Հաղարծին տեղամասի մասնաճյուղի 9-րդ և 11-րդ պահաբաժինների տարածքում կատարված ապօրինի ծառահատումների դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչության Դիլիջանի քննչական բաժնի վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործով ձերբակալվել է Տավուշի մարզի երկու բնակիչ: «Արմենպրես»-ին այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից:
Նախնական տվյալներով՝ 2018 թվականի օգոստոսի 13-ին ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձինք բնության հատուկ պահպանվող տարածք հանդիսացող «Դիլիջան ազգային պարկ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի Հաղարծին-տեղամաս մասնաճյուղի 9-րդ և 11-րդ պահաբաժիններում՝ դեպի Պարզ լիճ տանող ավտոճանապարհի աջ և ձախ եզրերին, ապօրինի հատել են 21 տարբեր տեսակի և տրամագծի ծառ: Այնուհետև առաջացած փայտանյութը լցրել ավտոճանապարհի երթևեկելի հատվածում՝ դադարեցնելով երթևեկությունը:
Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 296-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով, որով նախաքննությունն իրականացվում է ՀՀ ՔԿ Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչության Դիլիջանի քննչական բաժնում:
Քննությամբ ձեռք բերված տվյալների համաձայն՝ Տավուշի մարզի երկու բնակիչ, նախնական համաձայնության գալով նույն մարզի ևս երկու բնակչի հետ, «Դիլիջան ազգային պարկ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի «Հաղարծին-տեղամաս» մասնաճյուղի 9-րդ և 11-րդ պահաբաժիններում առերևույթ հատել են 21 ծառ, որի հետևանքով պետությանը պատճառվել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի՝ 2.567.500 դրամի վնաս:
2018թ. օգոստոսի 14-ին Տավուշի մարզի երկու բնակիչները ձերբակալվել են, իսկ մյուս երկուսի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել ստորագրություն` չհեռանալու մասին:
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողություններ՝ ապօրինի ծառահատումներին առնչություն ունեցած հնարավոր այլ անձանց շրջանակը պարզելու, հանգամանքների բազմակողմանի քննությունն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
