ՀՀ քաղաքացիները Սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների հանրաքվեին պետք է կատարեն գիտակցված և իմաստավորված ընտրություն` զերծ մնալով բոլոր տեսակի էմոցիոնալ ճնշումներից:
Լրագրողների հետ նոյեմբերի 5-ին կայացած հանդիպմանն այսպիսի կարծիք հայտնեց ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավոր,նախկին վարչապետ Խոսրով Հարությունյանը: «Սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների քարոզարշավում ամենակարևորը, որ և «Այո»-ի և «Ոչ»-ի կողմակիցները կարողանան հիմնավորեն իրենց դիրքորոշումները` ձևավորելով արդյունավետ բանավեճ, ինչը դրական ազդեցություն կթողնի նաև ողջ քա ղաքական դաշտի վրա»,-հայտնեց նա:
Անդրադառնալով «Ոչ»-ի ճակատի գործողություններին` Խոսրով Հարությունյանը դրանք բնութագրեց իբրև ոչ հիմնավորված, որն արժեզրկում է Սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների ողջ քարոզարշավը: «Ես բանավիճել եմ այս հարցի շուրջ «Ոչ»-ի ճակատի կողմնակիցների հետ, բայց այդպես էլ կոնկրետ հիմնավորվածություն չստացա նրանց կողմից: Իրենք ասում են` «Սերժ Սարգսյանը ուզում է վերարտադրվել», սակայն իրենք չեն հասկանում, որ համաժողովրդական համամասնական ընտրակարգով անցկացված խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների արդյունքում որևէ կուսակցության չի հաջողÕ �ել ստանալ ընտրողների ձայների 40 տոկոսը: Եթե պատկերացնենք, որ իշխանական կուսակցությունը հավաքի ընտրողների ձայների 40 տոկոսը, իսկ մնացած ընդդիմադիր կուսակցությունները` 60 տոկոս, ապա ով է իրենց խանգարելու միանալ և ձևավորել իշխանություն»,-շեշտեց Հարությունյանը` հավելելով, որ Սահմանադրական փոփոխությունները հնարավորություն են ընձեռում ձևավորել ինստիտուցիոնալ ընդդիմություն` ապահովել իշխանության իրական տարանաջատումը` քաղաքական մեծամասնության և փոքրամասնության միջև:
Դեկտեմբերի 6-ին Հայաստանում տեղի կունենա սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների հանրաքվե: Ազգային ժողովի երկու խոշոր ուժեր` «Հանրապետական» և ԲՀԿ խմբակցությունները աջակցում են փոփոխությունների անցկացմանը, նրանց է միացել նաև «Դաշնակցություն» խմբակցությունը: Փոփոխություններին դեմ են հանդես եկել «Ժառանգություն», ՀԱԿ և ՕԵԿ խմբակցությունները:
