SOCIETY«Արմավիր» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում ազատությունից զրկված անձանց մահվան վերջին երկու անհանգստացնող դեպքերի առնչությամբ Պաշտպանի աշխատակազմում նախաձեռնված է քննարկման ընթացակարգ:
Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ ՄԻՊ աշխատակազմի հանրային կապերի բաժնից:
Ազատությունից զրկված յուրաքանչյուր անձի կյանքի իրավունքի ապահովումը գտնվում է պետության անմիջական պատասխանատվության ներքո:
Պոզիտիվ պարտականության ուժով պետությունը պարտավոր է ապահովել կյանքի արժանապատիվ պայմաններ ազատությունից զրկված անձի համար: Հետևաբար, ՔԿՀ-ում մահվան ցանկացած դեպք պետք է արժանանա քննության պատշաճ իրավական ընթացակարգի սահմաններում՝ արագացման սկզբունքով:
Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի իրավասության սահմաններում ձեռնարկվում են օրենքով նախատեսված անհրաժեշտ միջոցներ՝ համագործակցելով Արդարադատության նախարարության և քննություն իրականացնող մարմնի հետ:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչության Վաղարշապատի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ ԱՆ «Արմավիր» ՔԿՀ-ում կալանավորի մահվան դեպքի առթիվ: 2018 թվականի օգոստոսի 11-ին՝ ժամը 04:40-ին, հաղորդում է ստացվել առ այն, որ «Արմավիր» ՔԿՀ կալանավորը՝ ծնված 1976 թ., Մոլդովայի Հանրապետության քաղաքացի, խցի պատուհանի ճաղավանդակից կախվել է:
