Քաղաքացին հաղորդում է տվել, որ իրեն ծեծել ու գույքը վնասել է Տաճատ Վարդապետյանի որդին, վերջինս էլ հաղորդել է՝ իրեն ծեծել է տաքսու վարորդը և պատճառել նյութական վնաս

Քննչական կոմիտեի Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում օգոստոսի 10-ին ստացվել է քաղաքացիներ Ա.Վարաժյանի և Ա.Վարդապետյանի հաղորդումների հիման վրա ՀՀ ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժնում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 118-րդ հոդվածով և 185 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցված քրեական գործը։ Այս մասին Tert.am-ին հայտնեցին ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեից։

Քրեական գործի ուսումնասիրությամբ պարզվել է, որ 2018 թվականի հուլիսի 31-ին Ա. Վարաժյանը հաղորդում է տվել այն մասին, որ հուլիսի 30-ին՝ ժամը 20:00-ի սահմաններում, Երևան քաղաքի Սևաստոպոլյան 24 հասցեի մոտ ավտոմեքենայով ազդանշան տալու հարցի շուրջ ծագած վիճաբանության ընթացքում Ա.Վարդապետյանը ձեռքերով և ոտքերով հարվածներ է հասցրել իր մարմնի տարբեր մասերին՝ պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածքներ, ապա դիտավորյալ վնասել իր «Օպել Աստրա Ջ» մակնիշի 35 SC 656 հ/հ ավտոմեքենայի կողային հայելիներն ու դուռը՝ պատճառելով շուրջ 100.000 ՀՀ դրամի նյութական վնաս:

 

 Նույն դեպքի վերաբերյալ հուլիսի 31-ին ոստիկանությունում հաղորդում է ներկայացրել նաև Ա.Վարդապետյանն առ այն, որ նույն միջադեպի ընթացքում Ա. Վարաժյանը ձեռքերով և ոտքերով հարվածներ է հասցրել իր մարմնի տարբեր մասերին և դիտավորյալ վնասել է իր «Լեքսուս NX 200» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի ձախակողմյան անվաթևի վերնամասը և թափարգելը, ինչպես նաև պատռել է շապիկը՝ պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածքներ և 450.000 ՀՀ դրամի նյութական վնաս: Արտակ Գարեգինի Վարաժյանը և Ասքանազ Տաճատի Վարդապետյանը պնդել են հաղորդմամբ ներկայացված իրենց բողոքները:


«Փաստի առթիվ 2018 թվականի օգոստոսի 7-ին ՀՀ ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժնում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 118-րդ հոդվածով և 185–րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, որը 2018 թվականի օգոստոսի 10-ին ուղարկվել է Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժին։ Նույն օրը քննիչը քրեական գործը վարույթ է ընդունել, և ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ հաղորդումներում մատնանշված հանգամանքներն ստուգելու ուղղությամբ։ Նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական և դատաապրանքագիտական փորձաքննություններ»,- հայտնեցին Քննչական կոմիտեից։
