Շենգավիթ» բժշկական կենտրոնի բուժանձնակազմը իր խորին ցավակցությունն է հայտնում Հ.Ա.- ի հարազատներին, բարեկամներին և պաշտոնապես տեղեկացնում, որ ս․թ․ օգոստոսի 7֊ին պլանային կարգով հետազոտված և վիրահատության նախապատրաստված հիվանդ 41 ամյա Հ․Ա․-ն մահացել է վիրահատարանում՝ ընդհանուր անզգայացման առաջնային փուլում, մինչ վիրահատական միջամտության սկիզբը: 

Ընդհանուր անզգայացումից հետո տեղի է ունեցել սրտի հանկարծակի կանգ և  մահվան հավանական նախնական պատճառը սրտամկանի լայնածավալ ինֆարկտն է, կամ թոքային զարկերակի թրոմբոէմբոլիզացիան։ 

Այս մասին ասված է ԲԿ-ի պաշտոնական հայտարարության մեջ: 

Լրատվամջոցներում հրապարակված հետմահու ախտորոշման տեղեկատվությունը իրականում վերցված է դատաբժշկական փորձաքննության ձևաթղթի երկրորդ էջից, որը ախտորոշում չէ, այլ հետմահու տեղի ունեցած փոփոխությունների արձանագրումն է։ Նույն փաստաթղթի առաջին էջում մահվան պատճառը գրանցված չէ, քանի որ փորձաքննության վերջնական  արդյունքից հետո միայն կարող է հրապարակվել։  Վերջնական ախտորոշումը պարզ կլինի դատաբժշկական փորձաքննության ավարտից հետո։ 

«Շենգավիթ» ԲԿ-ի ադմինիստրացիան դեպքի առթիվ իրազեկել է ՀՀ ՔԿ ԵՔՔՎ Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժին 41-ամյա կնոջ մահվան դեպքի հանգամանքների բազմակողմանի, լրիվ և օբյեկտիվ քննությունն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ:

 
 

Նշանակվել է դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն, որի արդյունքից հետո պարզ կլինի կնոջ մահվան ախտորոշումը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ նախօրեին հայտնի էր դարձել, որ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԵՔՔՎ Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ բժշկական կենտրոնում Երևանի բնակչուհու մահվան դեպքի առթիվ:
