ՊՆ Նոր Նորքի զինկոմի տեղակալը մեղադրվում է կաշառք վերցնելու և ապօրինի զենք պահելու մեջ

ՀՀ ՊՆ Նոր Նորքի զինվորական կոմիսարիատում կոմիսարի տեղակալը, ՊՆ հրամանատարը, ինչպես նաև մեկ քաղաքացի մեղադրվում են խարդախության, կաշառք տալու փորձի և ապօրինի զենք- զինամթերք պահելու մեջ: Այս մասին հայտնում է Դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգը:

ՀՀ ՊՆ Նոր Նորքի զինվորական կոմիսարիատում կոմիսարի տեղակալ Հայկ Գագիկի Մադաթյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել  այն բանի համար, որ նա, լինելով պաշտոնատար անձ, դիմել է խաբեության և չարաշահելով Պատվական Մինասյանի վստահությունը՝ 2017 թվականի օգոստոս-սեպտեմբեր ամիսներին Պատվական Մինասյանից պահանջել է 3000 ԱՄՆ դոլար գումար:

Նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ ՔՕ-ի 178-րդ հոդվածի` խարդախության հատկանիշներով:

ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասի մոտոհրաձգային դասակի հրամանատար Պատվական Մինասյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա դիմել է Հայկ Մադաթյանին, որպեսզի վերջինս որոշակի գումարի դիմաց, իր պաշտոնեական դիրքն օգտագործելով, նպաստի ՀՀ ՊՆ համապատասխան պաշտոնատար անձի կողմից իր օգտին գործողություններ կատարելուն:

Նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ ՔՕ-ի 34-312-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետի հատկանիշներով խոշոր չափերով կաշառք տալու հանցափորձ:

Մադաթ Մադաթյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա 2018 թվականի հունվար ամսին Կոտայքի մարզի «Սևաբերդի լիճ» կոչվող տարածքում որս անելիս գտել` ապօրինի ձեռք է բերել, փոխադրել և բնակության վայրում` Աբովյան քաղաքի բնակարաններից մեկում, ապօրինի պահել է ռազմամթերք հանդիսացող թվով 1288 հատ փամփուշտ, որոնք 2018 թվականի մարտի 16-ին կատարված խուզարկությամբ հայտնաբերվել և առգրավվել են:

Նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ ՔՕ-ի 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով՝ ապօրինի կերպով զինամթերք ձեռք բերելը, պահելը:

Երեք մեղադրյալի նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել ստորագրությունը չհեռանալու մասին:
