Գիշերային ակումբի տնօրենին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 28-ամյա երիտասարդի սպանության համար
SOCIETYՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործով ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ 28-ամյա երիտասարդի սպանության համար մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել գիշերային ակումբի տնօրենին:
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից, 28-ամյա երիտասարդի դին հայտնաբերվել է օգոստոսի 6-ին՝ վաղ առավոտյան՝ Երևան-Երասխավան ավտոճանապարհին՝ «Վարդա» գիշերային ակումբի մոտ, բռնության հետքերով, որովայնի շրջանում կտրած-ծակած մարմնական վնասվածքով:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ՔԿ Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակներում իրականացված անհետաձգելի քննչական և դատավարական այլ միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել են սպանության դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքները՝ շարժառիթը, ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, ով նույն գիշերային ակումբի տնօրենն է՝ ծնված 1984թ., շարժառիթը:
Մասնավորապես՝ պարզվել է, որ երիտասարդն օգոստոսի 6-ի վաղ առավոտյան «Վարդա» գիշերային ակումբի մոտ վիճաբանել է նույն ակումբի տնօրենի հետ՝ գիշերային ակումբ մուտք գործելու հետ կապված, ինչը վերածվել է ծեծկռտուքի: Միջադեպի ժամանակ 28-ամյա երիտասարդը և ակումբի տնօրենը դանակով հարվածներ են հասցրել միմյանց , որի հետևանքով կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի մարմնական վնասվածներից 28-ամյա երիտասարդը տեղում մահացել է, իսկ ակումբի տնօրենը, կտրած-ծակած վնասվածքներով, տեղափոխվել բժշկական կենտրոն։
Գիշերային ակումբի տնօրենին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով, և նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը:
Նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական, դատատոքսիկաքիմիական փորձաքննություններ, հարցաքննվել են մի շարք անձինք: Հայտնաբերվել է հանցագործության գործիք հանդիսացող դանակը:
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ դեպքի հանգամանքների օբյեկտիվ, լրիվ և բազմակողմանի քննությունն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարությանօրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
