Անտառահատման հեռանկարը պետք է փոխել․ Փաշինյանը վստահեցնում է՝ կառավարությունն այլընտրանք է փնտրում
SOCIETYՏավուշի կարևոր խնդիրներից մեկն անտառահատումը վերացնելն է։ Կառավարությունը պետք է առաջարկի այլընտրանքային լուծումներ, որպեսզի մեր երեխաներն այդ հեռանկարը չունենան։ Նոյեմբերյանցիների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ այս մասին հայտարարեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։ «Մենք ի վերջո պետք է գանք պայմանավորվածության՝ անտառը, որ կտրում ու վաճառում ենք, շատ ավելի մեծ հարստություն ու արժեք ունի, քան այն, որ դրանցի ստացվող գումարը, բացի այդ՝ վնաս ենք հասցնում շրջակա միջավայրին։ Ես հասկանում եմ, որ գյուղի ժողովուրդը պետք է վառելափայտ ունենա, իմ խնդիրը վերաբերում է նրանց, ովքեր անտառ կտրելը համարում են բիզնես»,-ասաց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։
Նա իր զարմանքն արտահայտեց այն կապակցությամբ, որ Հայաստանից փայտ, տախտակ ու գերան է արտահանվում։ Մինչդեռ բնությունը կարելի է ծառայեցնել որպես զբոսաշրջության, փոքր ու միջին բիզնեսի զարգացման խթան։ «Մենք այսօր մի բանի մասին ենք մտածում՝ ինչ անենք, որ մեր հայրենակիցներին այլընտրանք առաջարկենք, որ նրանց կտրենք անտառից, որ նրանք անտառը չկտրեն։ Զբաղված լինեն տուրիզմի, փոքր ու միջին բիզնեսի, անասնապահության ոլորտում։ Այնքան էլ ճիշտ չի անտառը կտրել-ծախսելը կամ անտառը կտրել-վառելը»,-ընդգծեց վարչապետը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ կան վառելիք ստանալու ավելի էժան տեխնոլոգիաներ, կարելի է օգտվել դրանցից՝ որպես այլընտրանք անտառը կտրելով տունը տաքացնելու հարց լուծելուն։ «Ամեն ծառը, որ կտրվում է, 50-60 տարի է պետք, որ ծառ դառնա։ Բնությունը կարող է տուրիզմի համար շատ լուրջ խթան հանդիսանալ։ Ենոքավանը, որ Իջևանի ամենաթույլ գյուղերից մեկն էր, այսօր դարձել է տարածաշրջանային տուրիստական կենտրոն։ Պատկերացրեք, որ այդ անտառները կտրված լինեին, դա տեղի չէր ունենալու։ Հեշտ լուծումների չպետք է գնանք, կտրենք վաճառենք, կտրենք վառենք։ Դա մի հարց է, որ մենք մեր դեմ ենք աշխատում։ Դա ինքնաոչնչացման դանդաղ զենք է։Մեր երեխաների համար էլ կտրելու հեռանկարը պետք է փոխենք։ Փոխարենը արտադրություն պետք է ստեղծենք, տուրիզմով գումար աշխատենք»,-շեշտեց վարչապետ Փաշինյանը։
