SOCIETYԾննդկան Մերի Մարգարյանի եւ նորածնի մահվան գործից անջատված մասը մակագրվել է Երեւանի քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանին:
NEWS.am-ը Դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգից տեղեկացավ, որ գործը քննվելու է Կենտրոնի եւ Նորք Մարաշի նստավայրում: Նշենք, որ ըստ մեղադրանքի՝ «Շենգավիթ» բժշկական կենտրոնի բժիշկներ Արամ Գրիգորյանն ու Տիգրան Սարգսյանը, պարտավոր լինելով ՄԵրի Մարգարյանին ցուցաբերել անհետաձգելի, առաջին բժշկական օգնություն` անկախ այդ օգնության դիմաց վարձատրությունը երաշխավորող հիմքերի և հանգամանքների առկայությունից, ինչպես նաև ապահովել ցուցաբերվող բժշկական օգնության և սպասարկման քանակական և որակական և որակական բնութագրիչների համապատասխանությունը սահմանված չափանիշներին, իր մասնագիտական պարտականությունների նկատմամբ անփույթ և անբարեխիղճ վերաբերմունքի հետևանքով դրանք իրականացրել են ոչ պատշաճ, որն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է բուժվող հիվանդի` Մերի Մարգարյանի, այնուհետև վերջինիս նորածնի մահը:
Բժիշկներին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Քրեական օրենսգրքի 130-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով: Նրանք ստորագրությամբ ազատ են արձակվել:
Նշենք, որ Մերի Մարգարյանի հղիությունը վարած, «Շենգավիթ» ԲԿ-ի մանկաբարձ-գինեկոլոգ Շուշանիկ Բախշյանի ու 2015թ.-ի հուլիսի 25-ի հերթապահ Անի Բաբելյանի մասով դատաքննությունը Երեւանի քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում շարունակվում է ավելի քան 2 տարի: Դատավոր Դավիթ Բալայանի որոշմամբ, կրկնակի դատաբժշկական հանձնաժողովային փորձաքննություն է նշանակվել:
